I love how they go above and beyond to help you with your prescriptions! The pharmacist is great at explaining dosage etc. Sometimes it takes a while to reach someone, to check to status via phone, but when you get to a person they’re great!

This Fry's has a scam going on. Might be in all Fry's but not sure. They put a price on something like a great deal. You go to pay and it's jacked up 3 times the amount and you are told it's only via a digital coupon and you have to download their app. I'm sure plenty of people still just pay the inflated prices but it's obviously a deceptive and I prefer going to different store and buying the item there.

The Fry’s Pharmacy at the 67th and Bell always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and reasonable prices. Bruce always drops what he’s doing to help his customers at the counter. He often has the discount figured in and the order ready to go in a flash. It’s hard to find that kind of service anywhere else. Thank you Bruce and the whole Fry’s Team.

Horrible customer service and the pharmacists are rude. If you want to wait a few days to get your script go here or if you want to be talked down to. My family and I will never fill here again.

This store used to be my go-to place when I lived closer, but in last year or so it has been disappointing. I understand the impact Covid has had on everywhere, but the last two times I have shopped here I left irritated at things I overheard and saw. Recently a worker told the cashier there was a wet floor in her aisle, so she tried to get someone to dry it. Nobody seemed willing to help with this potential fall risk, and a young man pushing a janitor's cart actually said, "I'm off the clock. I already worked my 8 hrs". It was one minute before 3pm, and the older lady cashier had to beseech him to help. Don't know if he did or not, but it was disgusting lack of work ethic that he actually seemed gleeful to show off. Truly have seen the lack of care in tending to restrooms there also. Attitudes like that are contagious. The whole vibe of place made me never want to return.

We have used this Fry's Pharmacy for numerous years for prescriptions and Covid shots. Their service for prescriptions has always been fine. However, we made the mistake of using it once too often, when we went for Shingles shots. They make you schedule an appointment, which we did. After we checked in. and paid our $195 per shot, we waited for 40 minutes to get the shot. A couple times we reminded them we were waiting. Finally, we suggested maybe we should get our money back and find another location, they suddenly hurried themselves up and said they would be giving us the shot, soon. Then they blamed the delay on us. We showed up before our appointed time and waited 40 minutes for them after we had filled out the paperwork and paid, but IT WAS OUR FAULT. It is not like a restaurant that does not know you are coming and has a staffing issue. They required we make an appointment that met their schedule. And then blamed us for them being 40 minutes late. Your choice, but I choose not to be treated like a burden by those who are paid to and supposed to be providing service to me.

The cashier Angela is a shining example of why Frys is the best grocery store! She's so nice and really cares about the customer and our finances e.g she will inform us if there is a sale on an item we're buying and remind us about using our fuel points. Thank you Angela! :)

I love the variety this store has but the bathrooms are repulsive. Disgusting. Not only are they filthy but need serious repair and remodel. The toilet paper roll is taped to the wall and fell off when I went to use it. Do better, Fry's. This is unacceptable.

Today, i received my second COVID-19 vaccine. My experience at 67th Ave and Bell Rd specifically was SO pleasant, and it went as quickly and as smooth as anyone could hope for! Every employee in the pharmacy that i came into contact with was so polite, and the process of getting the vaccine was very quick and efficient. I’d like to give extra kudos to Carolynn (i hope i spelled her name right) the pharmacist who gave me my vaccine. She was incredibly sweet and informative and made me feel comfortable during the whole shot process (i have a lot of tattoos but i am a huge baby when it comes to needles). I’ve worked retail pharmacy before and I know how heavy the workload can be and how hard it is to keep your head above water and still try to give good customer service.. and let me tell you, the staff at this store is amazing! It was definitely one of the better pharmacies that i have been to, they are all excellent and should be reminded that and praised for all of their hard work. So, with all of that, thank you for all that you do, and stay strong!

Carolyn, Thomas, Melanie, Elizabeth, Destiny, Johnathan Paul, Tyler, Edwin, and Bruce are so wonderful and informative to deal with. I am glad I chose FRYS to fill my RXs. I have been here for many, MANY years, and no place compares to this pharmacy. They all just work so synchronically. If Fry’s/KROGER had a dream team, this would be them. They deserve the utmost respect and love. Thank you for making my life so much more easier to adhere to. XOXO

i am certain that this store trains employees on how to racially profile others. the open racism i see in this store every time is disgusting. and terrifying.

This store continues to disappoint me. The number of empty shelves while I was shopping today were astounding. They are either extremely understaffed or they're not paying their bills. Staple items such as milk were not stocked. I have been to two other Frys in the area and they do not seem to have the same problem. When I picked a cart to use for shopping, the handle was extremely sticky and dirty and there was no sanitary wipes to be found anywhere outside or in. If this is a management problem it should be addressed immediately.
