If I could give this store zero stars I would .. horrible customer service.. pharmacy is very very I mean VERY slow . If you can avoid going to this fry’s location don’t go please and trust me I dont ever leave reviews but today I had too

This is my pharmacy for about 2 decades, yesterday my kid was prescribed medications, today they wasn't still really when I come back, I received a text message and the medications was finally ready, I don't care to wait but my kid is very sick, I run to get the medications and they were closing the window for lunch, I explained this was my third travel and They said no, I begged because my son is caughing until hurt, I was expecting a little of empathy they know me very well thru the years, I always come back the next day or later, after lunch didn't took more than 2 minutes to help me, I waited the 30 minutes in the window, I will send all my prescriptions to somewhere else since today.

The deli department employees dont clean the slicer between customers. They like like we owe them somethingAnd and afro American employee just walks around and dont try to help. Terrible customer service

Rented this rug doctor, when I returned home I looked under in the brush area and found it it un clean. I cleaned it and cleaned it again before returning it to the store. I was asked how it went and I told the clerk at customer service it works but the unit was filthy and I spent time to clean it. The clerk said nothing. Couldn't give a hoot. Unsanitary.

Overall nicely presented store. For the most part things are clean, however not sure if sterilized. Masks are required and the organization of this store is convenient and makes sense. Staff is perfectly available, meaning they're never intrusive but help if needed is never inconveniently far away. I enjoy shopping at this fry's. Only problem is my roommates Tejava Tea isn't always stocked. 2/5 times it was not on stock.

I went around 4-5:00 p.m definitely a super busy time.tThat's a good thing though.i give it 4 because the cashier was talking with a coworker the whole time she was ringing up my stuff ,so her back was turned towards me.Other places they engage in conversation.Otherwise,great to see people out shopping..
