What's going I'm with tge pharmacy nit filling in people medicine when it's do. And the lady that answrr the phone she sounds like she smoked 2 pack of cigarettes in a few hours is rude as hell if u dnt like your job then go else where nobody needs you negative attitude.

There has been numerous times that either they didn't fill all my prescriptions or they said that they are ready and go to pick them up they are not. I am changing to a different pharmacy. They will be losing out of a lot of money because I have 12' prescriptions that needs filled

There is a fat fake blonde Indian by the name of Monique that works behind the customer service desk that has a nasty atttitude. If you don’t like your job go back to school and better yourself or just don’t show up. I’m sure nobody will miss you.

I went to this location 5/8/23 with my husband to send some money to another country, my husband does not speak English (I do). He was the one doing the transfer and he needed me as a translator. We got the front where a white lady helped us. Being completely rude and was a stank face tells us that we can't be speaking Spanish right there. I was like "excuse me". Then scuffs and just tells us how to fill out a paper we needed. I just stared at her until my husband needed help because he doesn't know what she asked for. I replied IN SPANISH and she then gets mad takes the paper he's writing on and says "I'm gonna need to call my manager because you keep speaking Spanish and he's the one doing the transfer not you. I obviously got upset and told her to yes call her manager because she's being rude. While we wait for manager I'm telling my husband what she told me, and she then turns looks at me points to exit and "YOU! Go over there. I was literally fuming at this point. Manager gets there and literally tells her she's in the wrong and she could've just got the Spanish speaking worker who was in the back!! Forgot her name but please is you go to money services at this location, and you see a big white lady with colored eyes and a tattoo, BEWARE!!!!

Fry's uses Instacart as a third-party deliverer. I have ordered groceries from several different locations and there has been a problem every single time. The store blames it on Instacart, and Instacart blames it on Fry's. Neither wants to take any personal responsibility and it's pretty clear that neither of them knows anything about the others business. For example, you cannot call the Fry's location With any issue about a problem with your delivery... Even if it is from their location. The reverse is also true, you cannot call Instacart about a problem with your Fry's order. It's a total mess and they need to get their ducks in a row. I would highly recommend NOT using their delivery service. Additionally, they are expensive, more expensive than several other food stores in the area.

Sam is very unprofessional. Saw me waiting in line for 20 plus minutes. The cashier complained about not getting a break and instead of taking the next person in line Sam allowed a woman who just walked up to be checked out first. Very unprofessional how he spoke to me .

I have never been treated so poorly by management of a store. Yesterday 3/11/2021 I went to this location to use the bathroom and change clothes, I was on the way to a interview at 67th ave and peoria and I was ordering a Uber. There were two or three other females in the RR at the same time, my boyfriend and two kids were wait for me outside of the RR. Next thing I know security is telling me there's no smoking allowed in the store! I said what? I'm not smoking. I opened the stall door and I said mam I'm not smoking. Security said someone heard a flick of a lighter. I said I don't smoke, I'm actually allergic. I even offered them to check my bag, but declined. Security then asked if I was done getting dressed? I said I am now since you made me rush. She said well you have to leave the RR and the store. I left the bathroom and told my boyfriend I was accused of smoking. He later told me that Security was eye balling him while he was waiting for me. I have been in retail for over 20 years, and I am disgusted with Frys as a company and this location. I will never step foot in this location again, and when I called Corporate yesterday they were not happy either.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! My meds were called in early evening and I was told they would be ready in about an hour. Came in now at 7pm and they are telling me they can't prepare my scripts until tomorrow. Pharmacy tech and pharmacist Daniel are very rude and unprofessional. Told me he can't fill for me while I wait even though there is nobody else here waiting. He said he didn't know if he could get to it. I told him I'd wait. He then said they were closed. I told him the store just confirmed they are open until 8pm on their website AND on the phone when I called. He said the store knows nothing about their hours and 7p-8p is for them to backlog not serve customers. I am now sitting here waiting for an inhaler and lidocaine that is badly needed hoping that he will fill my prescription before 8:00 p.m.

There's mold on the ceilings. Pretty sure that's not a good thing while there food being sold directly beneath it.
