This Fry’s location is always reliable—clean aisles, fully stocked shelves, and friendly staff ready to help. The produce is fresh, and I appreciate the variety of organic and international options. Self-checkout is quick and efficient, and parking is usually easy. Great spot for both quick grocery runs and full hauls!

I dont think I will be back to this store. I had to wait 25 minutes in line to check out because the woman in front of me had three different orders, and her credit card was declined. They let her call whoever to inquire about the transaction while we waited. Instead of suspending the purchase and taking everyone else in line while the woman takes care of her business, they made us wait. Needless to say, the first transaction went through after 10 minutes after someone transferred money to her. But the second transaction did not, and her card was declined again. They made us wait. The two cashiers had no regard for their other customers and failed to be proactive and simply suspend the transaction until a manager came over and directed them to do so.

Deli service is horrible, people see you but they don’t see you, you need to scream to them, and probably if you are lucky they will help you out.

It's a great place for the one item you forgot or to stock up on the sales.

I have never visited this location before and I will never go there again. The shelves were half empty the store was dirty and the employees were flat out rude. I went there specifically to buy a couple things from their ad and there was nothing on the shelf (meat section) and when I asked about it, they rudely told me they would get to it when they could but I should probably come back later. Funny thing is they were just standing around, two of them talking to obviously friends or family members just very unprofessional and rude. I will stick to my regular locations. You need to do some serious upgrades to this store. I'm shocked it's so disgusting since it's right next to the hospital. You think that a lot of people would frequent that store but now I know why they probably do not.

I’ve been a frequent customer at this Fry’s, but after my last purchase, I will no longer be shopping here. At self-checkout, I discovered that the hot dog buns I picked were moldy. The clerk instructed me to get another pack, and upon my return, the security officer was hovering over me, watching me scan each item with an unwelcoming glare. When I greeted him, he didn’t respond. As I was leaving, the grocery cart wheel locked up, and the same security guard rudely checked my receipt and tore through my groceries. He never apologized, stating it was standard protocol.

The man working at the gas island on 06/19/2024 at 1pm had a filthy attitude. I asked him to put 17.07 on pump 6 (Money is tight so I took the change from picking up my meds and wanted to put it in my gas tank) He first acted like I was using a dialect he was unfamiliar with (He was clearly American), all the while with a nasty look on his face. I repeated myself twice, he then took my money and was throwing his hands up and was tossing my change around, all the while grumbling something. I didn't even go back for my change. I decided to go to this Frys to pump my gas instead of the Marathon on 59th and Cactus, where they don't act like that, and I won't be making that mistake again.
