I always enjoy the way the employees are like extended family that have been there for years and have been a consistent good influence in our lives. The prices are always really good if you utilize all their deals and features, it is a great grocery chain and part of our countries soul

Managers allow employees to buy the Pokemon cards while on shift. Making it impossible for customers to buy any. Just witnessed one employee checking and alerting other employees of the stock. In front of me! Waste of a drive. Do better fry’s!

Pricing in the store not correct on a lot of product. Expired product all over the store. I’m surprised no one has fixed this issue yet. It’s continuously happening and mostly in the meat department.

I'm a chef that utilizes the online pick-up every business day. The orders are always correct and all the gentlemen that bring the orders curbside are awesome and professional. Such a seamless process that gives a busy chef a helping hand. Thank you Fry's Hayden team, you all rock! 🧑🍳😎💪💯

I used to work here and it was great at first. Eventually, I was asked impossible tasks. Like closing a kiosk in 15 mins while still having to serve people before closing time. I would get told that they would not approve my hours since they exceeded my original hours. Even if it was by a min. I was pulled aside outside by my manager once to talk about work and I wasn't able to clock in yet and it was 5 mins after and didn't get approved even tho I was told it would. So they listed me late even though I was a few mins early. I ended up having difficulties with a sitter and daycare was too expensive to consistently enroll my son in. My mother couldn't watch him either anymore and so I informed my boss about a 2 weeks notice. But each shift I couldn't attend due to no one watching my son. Now, every time me and my family come in to grocery store, we've received unwanted looks and attitude from the multiple workers. Especially the ones I used to know and work with. Nothing seems to be fresh there anymore as well. Which was always their thing. I remember they would get so agitated and OCD over this cleanliness and fresh foods. But now, everything isn't. My family has told me multiple occurrences where they get attitude and no help from the workers. I'm starting to think it's because I left that job. I'm disappointed in these people. They were super friendly and helpful but the minute your life inconveniences them, they stop the fake charade of kindness and show their true colors. Very disappointed Kroger!!

Jose in deli is awesome even tho he was off the clock he still helped me even when they been closed for 4 mins… now for sal rudest employee arguing with me on telling Jose he’s doing a great job saying we’re closed and he shouldn’t help kept arguing with me hey ur hourly u are going to leave same time weather u finish or not right u don’t like ur job find something else

BEST SUSHI SELECTION ? i am obsessed with the sushi workers and how cute and pretty they make their fresh sushi look :’) i literally come just to get sushi because of how much i love them, and it’s genuinely the best

Bad experience at the deli counter. Waited several minutes to get help, no other customers were there. Clerk slicing meat did not even acknowledge us, When he did wait on us I asked for a sample of ham, I said I needed 8 slices but thicker. Got home and the meat was very thin.

Shopped here on 4/24/2024. Wanted to pick up some flowers as a house warming gift along with a few groceries. They had everything we were looking for.
