Stopped by to pick up an order sent direct to the store. The location was easy to find near the food court and the store was very clean. Nice inventory of shoes and athletic apparel. Well staffed and all were attentive plus willing to help.

On Sunday August 13th around 1:30pm I went into Footlocker at Arrowhead Mall 7700 w arrowhead Towne center Glendale, Az 85307 with my parents in law to purchase a pair of shoes. The price of the shoes was around $157.00. When they asked my dad to swipe his card the screen showed the correct amount however afterwards the manager looked perplexed and stated that it had taken $2600.00 instead of $157.00. We were in the mall waiting for over an hour while the manager was on the phone. During which time my father checked his bank account and saw that they had in fact withdrawn $2600 from his account. At the end the manager stated that because the payment was still pending he was as able to stop the payment and that even though it wasn’t reflecting on our bank account he assured us we would see the money returned in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later we noticed the payment was no longer pending but had actually posted and footlocker had received the funds. We called and spoke to the manager again, he said he was going to send an email to the billing department in New York regarding the issue to find a solution. It has been almost a week and we have not received our money back into the bank account nor any communication regarding the matter. At this point we are under the impression that it is Footlockers intention to steal $2600.00 from us and not return it. This is our last attempt at receiving a refund before we contact the authorities to press charges. This has caused us great financial distress.

They really has a bad service I made an online order and I paid by Apple Pay and it was successful payment after few minutes they cancel my order for verification of payment while it’s already token from my account and I didn’t get a refund or the order this is the worst ????????????????????????????

People don't buy from footlocker.I bought the retros 7 one shoe came out defective. They are selling fake shoes..customer service said there's nothing they can do...fake fake.bad customer service fake shoes fake shoes...

HORRIBLE!!! The workers were so extremely rude, i asked for a pair of shoes and they gave me the size but in men's. Totally understandable but what made me upset was when we asked for the size in women they started being disrespectful and i just let it be because you never know what people are going through. Until they started talking bad about me over the microphone because i asked for a different size? They were just extremely rude. Never going back DONT GO!!!!
