Horrible customer service!!!! Avoid store at all cost. The employees don't help anyone.They stand hangout and act like you're not there. I walked by and heard other complaining about how bad the customer service.

I walked in the store and looked around for a while. when needing a specific size I asked some lady working there and she was very rude and didn't want to bring out the size I had asked for. she said they were out of that size when I clearly checked the app and said that size was available. I put the shoe back and looked for other shoes in that specific size. this time I take it to the front with a guy this time. I show him the shoe and ask for a size and says they're out without even checking. I show him the app were it said it was available and he didn't even want to look at the phone and said that the app was wrong. I left the shoe in the front and just walked out. very rude emplpyres and not willing to help at all

Employees won’t help you because of your race! Went in to just look and my wife ended up really liking a pair of shoes. Went up to the register when 2 employees came out of the back and just stood there looking at us. My wife politely asked if she could try on her size and they continued to just stand there and look at us. After the one employee pretended to do something else she came back, rolled her eyes and went to get the shoes. Meanwhile the other employee just stood there looking us up and down. However they were willing to help other customers at the drop off a hat. My wife really liked the pair but ended up leaving because of the blatant racism we received from the employees.

This store is horrible, everytime I walk in employees are behind the register on their phones or just talking to each other not actually working. Today 2/28/2022 I tried getting help to get a shoe that is available and no one wanted to help me at all. So I will not be spending my money at this store 1105 until someone takes charge!

The store manger Devin won’t sell you a pair if you are talking to another person getting the same thing. Instead of one per person he forces one per group, refusing sells. Also constant lying to customers about what’s available for them…. Worst customer service I’ve received from someone that should be a professional in a high position job.

The store manger Devin won’t sell you a pair if you are talking to another person getting the same thing. Says it’s “one per group” not one per person. Then will proceed to tell you to get out the store and you will not getting anything.

Came in for some shoes, the manager Devin helped me. It was super busy but he had a great system going to make sure that every one was helped in a timely manner. The amount of product knowledge and knowing his inventory was incredible. He was very professional and VERY efficient. His team was high energy, when Devin wasn’t on the floor the other employees were checking in to make sure I was taken care of they were all very willing to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
