There warehouse personal has poor communication skills and will lie to your face

Don't trust their call center. If you are a homeowner, go anywhere else. They lied to me, wasted my time and caused my kids to have to sleep in a non-cooled home for a night!They should be ashamed of themselves!

Super helpful but not all their merchandise can be sold to the public. Came in to buy a capacitor and was informed they can't sell those without an hvac license. They were able to point us in the right direction which was great.
