This business is NOT handicap friendly. When I drove up I found not one but two trucks parked in the only two Handicap spots. When I told the gentleman at the counter how important those spots are to the people that need them like myself, he said they are just loading. This FedEx store needs to be reminded that is NOT a loading zone, those parking spots are for people with disabilities like myself.

Went to drop off one package that contained 1 trading card, which is the size of half an index card, inside a 9x7x1 envelope. The employee charged me $12.43 for this. The price was ridiculous that I decided to keep one package to drop off at the USPS where it costs me $4.75 for .50 ounces. I then took photos of both receipts and realized that the employee at fed ex charged me for .05 lbs. so basically I got ripped off as the employee obviously doesn't know the difference between ounces and pounds. I didn't even ship it as priority or anything just regular. And I can't even get a refund which is absurd. Their customer service was also useless and said that there was nothing I can do and refused to issue me a refund. What an incompetent company. Save yourself the trouble of getting cheated and go to your local USPS.

Purchased something online, as many of us have been doing lately. One of the return options was to bring the item into a FedEx store. This location was near where I was. Two employees were working. One employee was helping a customer with a papercutter, while the other one was working the register. A few customers were in the store. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Along with packing and shipping supplies, this location has stationary, pen, and that sort of thing.

Conveniently located inside the Walgreens photo section. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
