It seems he says one thing and does another, and I wish what he tells us was true. that is not a very good trait! I can't believe when I received my policy, it was completely different then what Reed told me, and I cannot believe he can remain in business.

Reed is always on top of things, even when I am not. He is great about annual meetings to go over our accounts to see where we can save money. He is excellent about getting right back to you when you call or email too. He's great!
