I don't usually go to family dollar store. My preference is webs 99cent store or dollar tree. Anyhow as long as you watch the pricing of there merchandise you can get pretty good deals. Other things in the store cost more than you would get at say Fry's stores. They seem to be expensive on a lot of there grocery items. I picked up a really nice x-mas tree for 10.00 dollars. That was a fantastic price since good will wanted 40.00 for a used tree that was not in great shape. Anyhow I gave them an overall 3 but the person working there should have got a 5, for his good service. Overall a nice store

So I got there at 8:30 and it seems as there’s no one at the store. I love this store. But they need better management and treat better the employees maybe they’ll actually stay to work

Google and door clearly states they close at 10pm. Arrived at 9:40pm to the door locked and employee inside waving saying they’re closed.

What kind of Ghetto store is this?? Tried to return mascara and the cashier said no manager on duty come back tomorrow. Really???? Dirty, stuff everywhere store! Clean up your store and have a manager on site so you don’t inconvenience the customer!! STAFF UP ASAP!!!!!!

The worst customer service ever and to top it off, they closed 10 minutes for the second night in a row. I was just getting some candy and a drink. This fat guy with a beard and little boy bun, oops I mean man bun. But there. Is no ma about him. Further more, this other employee kinda followed me around thinking I was going to steal. I'm a straight up honest citizen and I have noticed this a lot more often lately as well , and from other stores too. It is disrespectful and humiliating. But back to family dollar on 43rd ave and Bethany Home rd, I will never shop here again and tell everyone else to do the same, boycott all Family Dollars!!!

About 10 min ago, I was inside the store with my grandmother. There was a cashier with the name Mel on her name tag. She went above and beyond normal customer service to help out any way she could by checking for discounts in the back after I could not find them in the Family dollar app. She did all kinds of other little things that were helpfull to the point of me having to find this Google review page. She needs a raise , The other cashier was doing a good job too. He looked new as he only had a red shirt , but they both desurve more $$$$.
