Looks like they need help with restocking items. Cashier look like she was in a good mood she greeted people, thank them for coming into the store. Appreciate the good customer service.

Shopped here on Christmas eve the store was a mess and sold out of everything that being said I have to add that I love the idea of them combining two stores together as one. Dollar tree on one side and family dollar on the other.

Poor customer service. The African male complained about stocking the candy section which was my first red flag. I came in to purchase bandages and was walking around and one of the female employees claimed she saw me poke a hole in the plastic of the pillow. Followed by saying if you do that again you will purchase the pillow. After addressing her and telling her I didn’t because why would i poke a hole into a pillow??? The plastic already had a slit in it so you could feel the memory foam ? She continued walking behind the counter and was still talking about it to the African male. Mind you a customer had just stolen items and walked out with nothing being done to stop it. But when I asked for the camera footage to be pulled nobody wanted to do that. She then said “I wasn’t trying to make a big deal out of it”. So why continue talking about it to your co workers and now they’re putting their commentary in ?? This was a completely unprofessional act on part of the family dollar. Never returning.

Very messy store, they ALWAYS have boxes in the aisle and the shelves are hardly stocked. I have not had an issue with the employee.
