Zach was very patient, answering all of my questions, even questions from the seller. He was very understanding of my needs, writing up different quotes and offering assistance plans even my own bank didn't. He assisted with getting insurance, a title company and even follow up after the sale was over. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
