I did my taxes three 2 years when I went to do it 3rd time they said they didn't have files or copies of the previous Year that I had so much documentation they supposedly did and charge a lot of money to do it . They called me to pick them up to send them by mail I find out they did it but like if I did the tax myself. They probably didn't know how to take deductions from investments so they put my name as if I file them myself.I need to review that year and talk to the IRS about it .what they are doing is illegal
