I can't say enough good things about Empower Physical Therapy in Glendale. From being greeted by the sweetest and most cheerful receptionist, who flawlessly handled insurance and workman's comp matters, making my life much easier; to the AMAZING Physical Therapy Assistant who oversaw my treatment and helped me heal after a painful injury; to the brilliant Director and Doctor of Physical Therapy who supervised my therapy and kept an eagle eye on my progress; the experience has been truly top notch. All of the staff, be they therapists, assistants or students who are interning, have been excellent. They are warm, caring, compassionate, intelligent, thorough, and yes, they might push the patients a little from time to time, but that's all part of healing and getting full mobility, strength and endurance back. They're never cruel about it, but gentle and encouraging, inspiring and as in their name, empowering. They're also hilarious once you get to really know them. I've witnessed real miracles in this place, people who initially arrived in wheelchairs walking out the door, people who had been badly injured become capable of doing things they weren't sure they'd ever be able to do again. And hey, I can straighten my arm and lift things, and after my own injury, that's pretty awesome. I highly recommend coming here for physical therapy.

The people here are super, from the receptionists to the techs to the therapists. They listen to you & deal with each individual. A very caring bunch!!!

I had an excellent experience with Empower Physical Therapy. The therapists are patient, understanding, easy to talk to ,!and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to all therapists at Empower Physical Therapy for all of your help and support!

This place sux & the ppl that work there are so fake. They don't care about there patients. Me & my wife went there & I tried telling them what was wrong with me & it's like they didn't care. They don't tend to there patients. There always rolling there eyes like there job sux. Make you do stupid exercises that does not help at all. So I don't recommend this place

This is the 3rd time here. I had 2 hip replacements and major spine surgery. All 3 visits were excellent. Alyssa Fukumae was excellent and well versed in her profession. I thank her and your facility for helping me get back to normal, though it will still be while, but now I'm able to function on own to strenghten myself. Job well done..Thank you

Good Atmosphere, front desk and physical therapists are friendly, flexible and are good at what they do. I recommend coming here if you need Physical Therapy.

Amazing Customer Service and Patient Support/ Therapy. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff works great here. You will not get a feel of being churned out like cattle here, your care comfort and progress will be obvious through the organization and competence of all staff. I was seriously concerned if I was headed to surgery before working through the custom designed recovery program. In no time I was able to return to the physical exercise activities I live and love to do and learned so much about that part of the body I was not aware of. NO SURGERY!!!

I have been going to Empower for quite awhile. I have severe balance problems and they have helped me a lot. They have also been awesome about my medical transport being unreliable so many times. The staff are awesome.

Impressive collaborative, highly individualized patient care excuted by therapists and staff. The gym area and lobby are always clean and welcoming. And Stephanie helped me get back to the business of living my life. Very grateful to have found Empower.

Stephanie McIntyre is the BEST physical therapist I have ever had! She is everything you would want in a therapist. Excellent listening skills, patience, knowledge, creativity in proper strengthening & stretching exercises to name a few. Stephanie pays attention to her clients & their progress. She doesn't just rattle off things for you to do and walk away. Stephanie has been my PT several times for different issues. She is now working with me for spinal stenosis of which I have made much improvement under her tutelage. The staff there are all great to work with.
