He was very knowledgeable about the situation I presented and was flexible about the time window I presented. He called me back to let me know the vehicle had been picked up and delivered per my request. I would recommend him any time. I needed my car towed from my apartment complex over to my moms. i found dynamite towing online and said lets give them a shot, they were very professional and reliable. Dynamite towing was able to get it all taken care of right away, with no issues. A few weeks later I contacted Dynamite Towing about possibly purchasing the car they towed for me. Another super easy transaction no issues and made it SO EASY FOR ME, because of my busy work schedule he coordinated around my needs, with minimal effort on my part. Dynamite towing is a great company to use. I was in a accident I paid out of pocket for everything. Had to tow two vehicles and he gave me a good rate for both of them with one being towed pretty far. He also recommended a good body shop to fix damages. I HAD CALLED AROUND TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLACES TO GET OUR POWDER COATING OVEN MOVED TO OUR NEW LOCATION. ALL OF THEM SAID SORRY WE DONT DO THAT OR THEY WOULD JUST HANG UP.
I CALLED DYNAMITE TOWING AND TALKED WITH RICHARD HE SAID NO PROBLEM HE COULD MOVE IT AND NOT ONLY THAT HE WOULD DO IT ON A SUNDAY THE VERY NEXT DAY. HE WAS ON TIME AND DID AN AMAZING JOB. AND UNLIKE THE COMPANY WE USED THE LAST TIME IT HAD TO BE MOVED RICHARD DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING ON THE OVEN.
HIS PROFESSIONALISM IS TOP NOTCH AND OUR BUSINESS WILL ONLY USE HIM FOR ALL OF OUR TOWING NEEDS!!
