She will push needless medication seemingly to profit her hospital and utterly destroy your best interests by ignoring common sense. Be wise, listen to the reviews below me and see another doctor.

Extremely disappointed with the “care” this office provided. I’ve had 2 miscarriages before and am pregnant with my third child which defines me as high risk. When I went to set up my appointment with Dr Apigo I had asked for an appointment just to establish care to which the medical assistant told me no and that I needed to make an appointment where I’m at 6.5 weeks of pregnancy. Reluctantly, I still made an appointment for then even though the medical assistant I talked to , Patty, was very rude on the phone with me. Recently, I was experiencing sharp pain and cramping in my uterus. I called to see if they could make an appointment for me and the front desk lady was rude but transferred me to a medical assistant named Patty, again. The medical assistant practically yelled at me “I’ve already told you I won’t see you early!” And offered no help or medical advice even though I was scared and in pain. I’m lucky I went to another OBGYN quickly after who was able to rule out an ectopic pregnancy and was able to diagnose me with an anembryonic pregnancy which had been causing my cramping that I was concerned about. Please do not try to get care here if you want medical professionals who will actually care for you and your unborn baby.

Do not waste your time coming to this doctor. I found out I’m expecting another baby and wanted to schedule an appointment for my pregnancy but with Dr. Charles this time around. Who is 100 times so much nicer and understanding. But apparently their office “rule” is you cannot switch doctors after your first pregnancy. Dr. Apigo was my first pregnancy care doctor. Being pregnant for the first time specifically as a teenage mom I wanted to address any concerns or questions I had with her but before I could finish, I feel like she would try to talk over me and make me feel so stupid. I eventually learned to let it go the first couple months but the last couple months of pregnancy were the worst. Personally as a doctor, I didn’t feel I could communicate with her as a patient. This pregnancy however, I didn’t want to go through the same thing. I had asked if I could switch doctors to someone I felt more comfortable with and explained to one of the front office staff if this was possible. She had said no and I eventually hung up. I called back but the staff member had already had a talk with Dr. Apigo and she felt offended so I’m no longer allowed to be treated as a patient at that office. I wasn’t rude in any way. I didn’t ever talk back to her as rude as she was to me. And I strongly believe her decision making is very unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and time of being her patient.

Had my first son with her (2018) and I'm currently about to have my second child (2022) with her as well! Shes super nice and friendly and makes you feel comfortable every time she enters the room! I love her!

The office staff is not very helpful. I've called many times just to be hung up on. Always spent close to 3 hours past my appointment time just to be told everything's fine with my pregnancy. And now that I'm postpartum I feel like I don't matter. Dr. Apigo is very kind but that's about the only positive thing I have to say.

I just got discharged today from the nearby hospital that Dr. Apigo can be seen frequently, with a discharge order from Dr. Stephens to call her office and follow-up right away. The office staff says she doesn't accept new patients and she only cares for pregnant women. I was told that she's an OB, not OB/GYN. bummer. Now I have to look for whoever doctor and hope I don't start bleeding so much again. Date Stamp: January 27th, 2022. Called 2:40pm.

The front office staff and her nurse staff are incompetent with paperwork. I've had to call 7 times in the last two weeks to get my FMLA and short term disability paperwork faxed and they have either failed to fax it, or faxed incomplete documents. I finally had to make an appt, that I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room and 30 in the patient room (this is COMMON the wait times for appointments are 1-2 hrs on average). The appt was solely to pick up my documents so I can fax them myself instead on relying for the office and nurse staff to do so, even though this is a service I am paying for. RIDICULOUS.Also, do NOT ask Dr Apigo to help with any leave paperwork for post partum depression. She flat out refused to fill it out saying it will never get approved by my job, which is NOT her decision or business.
