All those upset about stuff in isle just be happy u have a store close to u to shop at there are far more important thing to complain about the conviency heck I find customer bring in there kids that they have no control over and let run crazy more of an issue the stuff in the isle ....ps make sure u have urself policed up and squared away before telling others to do so

Went in tonight for some snacks and was charged for a item we didn't purchase And it's not even in the bag so that's suspicious. I understand if something was on the register and things get mixed up but it would be in the bag after you scanned and I could return it, but it's not even in the bag.

I was at this location on 9/16/23. On coupon day, I did not get my discount The cashier was rude, She was rude to customer before me.. SHE JUST KEPT SAYING , WHAT DO U EXPECT TO PAY..if I could do no strs I would. I would not be returning

I have been going here for 15 years now 6 days a week. This is the best the store has ever looked. The new manager and team really keep this store clean. Everything is fully stocked, and no carts are on the floor or just sealed boxes of goods.Plenty of parking and well lit.Kid friendly and easy to navigate the store.Great prices and service.Highly recommended.

During today's visit when I was working as a merchandiser and walking to get the envelope I needed for today's project I noticed how messy all of the aisles were and especially the toy one. I know that kids come in and get messy but they need to learn to clean up and put the toys back. The associate I met did not seem to care about how the store looked. The manager needs to get them to clean up just a little so it can be a nicer experience for all of their customers.

The staff of today Saturday 10, 2022 at 12:30pm has been the most friendly I’ve ever met they helped me find my stuff and I was able to get my shopping done without a struggle. Blanca was such an amazing help very friendly and charismatic. Looking forward to coming back to this location ! Keep up the good work!

Employees at this location unfortunately have no understanding of customer service, and the male cashier looked and acted like he was at a funeral. I am Caucasian, and I mean shockingly white, and when I asked him a question in english, he responded to me in spanish. Needless to say I was confused...All this adds up to a very, very poor experience, won't be returning, not reccomended...

Went in for the water on sale beginning of july so I picked up a couple other things well the cashier was very busy, but let me use the cart to get stuff to car. Well the water didn't ring up on sale and a couple other items did not ring up right, I tried to get a hold of customer service by phone and email tp no avail, really bummed about this!

Some of thire people are mean but I just choose the times I go In this store so i don't get the rude ones, but is excellent store I like the deals they give you and most of thire people are really nice just a couple bad seeds plus the rude customers I know why they're mean so go here and be nice to the cashiers and they'll be nice to you

Just had an awesome experience!!! Came home to find I forgot or so I thought forgot my toilet paper @ the store after checking out... I called & the lady said she remembered me & she thought I had taken it she didn't see it but go ahead and come in... I looked around one more time & reviewed my receipt & realized my goofy a** hadn't even bought the toilet paper...mios dios! I was confused as I planned on using my $5off $25 good today and my total was $22 made sense if I had gotten the TP then it wouldn't have been enough?!? My subtotal was $22 w/ my store coupons & so without their $5 Cottonelle (I had a $1off store coupon) it would have brought my subtotal to $26 qualifying me for the $5off...so my new subtotal would have been $21... I went thinking it was a long shot but pled my case told them my intent and that technically I would be paying a dollar extra to the store for my items due to my mistake BUT to PLEASE allow me to take the toilet paper as if I had included it because if not the return and repurchase was going to be a hassle... The lady took a second to make sense of all I was saying...took a second to look at my receipt & totals and said "go right on ahead honey" OMG that was soooo amazing... I am in here all the time; constantly buying for my home & business use... Today's customer service like most other times but especially this experience right here was just absolutely amazing!! I could not believe she saw the mistake & saw I was just trying to be fair! Most would scoff. your more likely to get this kind of service from a small family owned business I did not expect this mercy from a chain store! I am so so very pleases & thankful for what that associate did for me today! I wish I caught her name! I came back in on Saturday around 6:20pm & she was the cashier, shorter, blonde woman!!! Either way all the staff is always awesome but this experience just made me a customer of this location for LIFE!!! Again such great CUSTOMER SERVICE! I couldn't be HAPPIER Make this your store Yelpers & I hope you'll appreciate their service as well!
