Troy the manager and his team are awesome and very helpful. My encounter with Liam and I believe his name was Austin were so friendly and accommodating to my needs and concerns. They were so busy and attentive to everybody. Great job guys, I’ll be coming back !

They got me back on the road when I had a flat tire… but here is the kicker.
They sold me two rear tires as one of the rear tires went out. Car gets fixed, back on the road for a road trip.
I have a TPMS error, probably from the flat tire. I go back to another discount tire that’s closer to my house to have them look at it.
Turns out, while they did in fact replace the flat tire, they didn’t put on the other new tire I purchased. I feel dumb because I usually double check that stuff but here we are.
Another location caught it, corrected the TPMS malfunction and made sure I got the tire I paid first and didn’t get.
Good location and nice people. Just kind of bad when your specialty is tires…. And you couldn’t get them on hahaha.

Whatever Discount is using for their vehicle tracking status it is most definitely WRONG. Not to mention the customer service at the Behrend location is Glendale, AZ is even worse! I brought my truck in for a simple tire rotation and balance plus replacing a tire pressure sensor. The lady who helped me said “it would be done within the hour”. After 45mins I asked when my truck was going to be taken to the bay as I’d seen other come after me and leave before me. She said again it’d be done within the hour. The stupid app status shows completion at 3:07p and my truck wasn’t finished until almost 4p. I waited almost 2 hours. I just wanted an accurate estimate as I don’t appreciate having my time wasted. At no point did the staff apologize for the wait. Seriously disappointed! I understand there are busy times but if you provide time estimates you should make sure they’re accurate.
Update** The store manager called to talk through my experience. I really appreciate his willingness to follow up and make things right. I’ve edited my review as this really turned around the experience.

Let's see, the first time they messed up, probably because they were trying to rush cuz it was relatively close to their closing time, but accidents happen. So I assumed they'd fix their mistake at no charge to myself, well, maybe had I waited for the brunette male manager to not be there. Unfortunately, he was there & so we had to fight tooth & nail to get them to fix their mistake at a deeply discounted rate. I couldn't imagine being that way to a customer, most especially if it was my employee's screw up.

On April 17 2024, I went in at 9 AM to have a tire patched as the tires were purchased from discount tire when purchased we got the extended warranty. All the tire needed was a patch. I sat for two hours and 47 minutes before the vehicle was done.Twice I asked what’s taking so long? Watched 10 different walk-ins Plus a guy With an all-terrain tire by itself walk in A An hour after I had been sitting there, done before mine. Whereas they all came in after me. Sitting for two hours, and 47 minutes is ridiculous to have a tire patched, I imagine some of this could’ve been avoided if the person helping me would’ve told me that I was going to be sitting for near three hours. I figure I got stuck at the back of the line all because I wasn’t spending money, the sad thing is Was spent when we purchased the tires.

Feel like not enough staff here don't blame the associates for my experience.
Paid the expedite fee to get tires delivered, 4 hours later still waiting when I enquired they were dropped off 2 hours before but no one coordinated getting them on my car. Not until I enquired did anything happen. So wasted 2 hours of my time. Very frustrating experience should look elsewhere.

The tire replacement was great! However, I am very upset about my interaction with one of the associates. I came in and let the associate know that someone offered to pay for my tires, and needed him to call him since said friend was in a different city. First, he walked me through the different tires and I told him I'm not making the executive decision, as it wasn't fair for me to decide on anything if I'm not the one paying. We got the friend on the phone with the associate, and apparently the associate told the person that I wanted the most expensive 3 star Michelin tires, and tried to upsell him on so many things, and wouldn't quit pushing it (I had stepped away once their phone call started, so I didn't know any of this was happening). I was not made aware of this until someone else that knew about my situation told me a day later. I am extremely upset about the associate not only lying about me, (especially knowing I almost changed my mind accepting the help from a friend because I felt as if I didn't deserve the kindness and tried to see if I could just pay for two tires myself and not accept the help.. mind you I voiced this all to the associate), but also taking advantage of someone's huge act of kindness trying to get them to repair so many things on my car that doesn't need to be repaired. Maybe the associate was stuck in his work mindset and didn't realize that this type of situation isn't the type to keep pushing upsells, but it still feels morally wrong. I am frustrated and angry that the associate lied to my friend and made it seem as if I was trying to take advantage of the situation when he was the one to do so. Luckily, my friend put a stop to it after awhile from what I was told. But now I'm left trying to clear the air.

In one year with a brand new trailer, This is what happens over time when you send inexperienced youngsters to jack up a trailer from the axles over and over. In time and every service, you will continue to bent the axles, since this is part of your training as a company whole (every store practice this method). When you jack a vehicle to repair a flat, the frame of the vehicle should be the ideal proper way and recommended universally. Still awaiting communication from the claim dept. Meanwhile my new tires are getting eaten up from the inside and your certificate doesn't cover these damages.
