Went to purchase my phone today and trusted he was doing the right thing but he kept skipping through the prompts on the keypad and come to find out he added insurance and lied about how much the screen protector was he said $15 and on my receipt clear as day says $24.99. I knew I should have gone elsewhere. I do not have access to twitter or Facebook.

not good, went to get an esim card, paid the price, guy told me the code expired the same minute i purchased it and he said he couldn’t do anything about it, and did not get my refund back.

" Justice here" I purchased 3 phones from this location from Brenda, this girl was the worst. Not sure why she didn't like us from the beginning. Another couple walked in behind us she right away said she had discounts and sales to offer them. I asked her about them, her response was we only have what was on sale for Thanksgiving. I'm like u offered them a discount for the turn on?She ignored me, 1 of the phones is a Samsung that was not keeping charge and was heating up while charging. I spoke to Michael A yesterday afternoon he told me he would be able to assist me at 1:00 pm the next day which is 2day if the phone was having the issues I mentioned, he never showed up. We spent almost 500.00 dollars on these phones so yes I'd like this issue taken care off.I was assisted by a girl named Brittney she was friendly, courteous, respectful and had great customer service. She examined the phone and felt how hot it was and exchanged it for me. Thank u Brittney for ur customerservice! Yes I have been to this location in the past n' all the great ppl are no longer working here!...

The phone we purchased doesn't work correctly and he didn't add the receipt so I had to go down, and to find out that employee didn't add the other $20. For the case and wasn't at work that day.

This store opens at 9 am. MYy first call to them was at 9:58 . I have caled repeatedly, like every 15 to 20 minutes. It is now 12:15 and STILL haven't gotten anyonw on the phone. The phone rings repeatedly then just hangs up.If I could have wrote this without picking a star I would have. I have been goingto this location sine 3 managers ago the people that work there now are maggots.
