I jus had a shade canopy hit my vehicle and the liquor stores son car ...it said cricket on it and that' was property of cricket I tryed o get the number for the owner and got a number from a Guadalupe location instead.. the dude said it wasn't his fault that is a parking lot dude and it was a windy day why would u put that up

I already had very bad service. Happened twice before, terrible staff bolbi, once again I was surprised that the boy who served me is a liarI bought a phone, I did not ask for a charger, he told me that it was already included in the phone, other accessories he offered me for $16 dollars, he did not want to give me a receipt, I was surprised that I sent them to the financial wing at a regular price and also charging for the charger that I No, I asked now I tried to talk to the manager and he told me that they don't have a manager. He doesn't want to show his face to respect what they offered

Extremely helpful! The employees are very caring and nice. Kate helped me purchase a new phone. She is a very helpful employee. Every time I go to this location they exceed my expectations. They help you with whatever you need. The other customer that was there was also helped in a timely manner. The employee kate took her time to do what was most helpful to the customer and for myself.
