The customers was so rude. I couldn't pay online my payment didn't go through and my autopayment was declined. The online customer service told me that we waived the $5 fee but you have to go to the store, but the store didn't waive it.

This is the second time I go to get help and pay the bill and they are closed. The first time I went at 6:30pm during the week day and they close at 7 and the lady told me she was closed. I just went at 4:30pm and the doors were closed with an open sign and no one in the store. It’s so frustrating.

If I could rate zero stars I would as one is being too kind….. Cristian at this store gave me some of the WORST customer service and even hung up on me while still assisting me on an issue. I was looking to bring me business to Cricket but Cristian seems uninterested. Y’all must be doing real good over there. You won’t be getting my business. ✌????
