The sales people were helpful and we believed we were getting a quality piece of furniture. Delivery was quicker than expected and initially we were delighted. But an issue with the cushions has had us trying to contact customer service but they are next to impossible to reach. My husband stopped at the store and we were finally able to schedule an appointment with a 4 week wait time (because we live in the far West valley). Two weeks after making the appointment, I realized I had a conflict and tried multiple times to reschedule but no one would return my calls. The repair person showed up at my house and then called my cell phone when no one was home. I apologized to him for the wasted trip but explained that multiple calls to re-schedule had been ignored. When I got home, customer service had called my home phone and left a message but I have been unable to reach them since and that has been over three weeks. Called the store, sent e-mails, called and left voice mails with customer service and even corporate office. You won't get a person to answer the phone or call back.

We purchased a flexsteal leather sofa from Creative Leather on 12-22-20 and paid $2,711.64. We were told it was top grain leather. About six months ago the color started wearing off. We called the store and was told they don’t do repairs and gave me phone numbers of services that could fix our problem. Called three different ones and never received a call back. Today I was told by a leather expert that we were sold a bill of goods. In quality leather the color is dyed INTO it where with ours the color was more like painted onto the leather, hence the wearing off of the color.. SO, my advice to you is when looking for quality furniture…SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Was looking for leather conditioner for my couch....they had the good stuff recommended by leather manufacturer..not useless stuff you buy at retail store. When I want new leather couchs would definitely buy from them!

I spent $6,000.00 on a sectional 7 years ago for two main reasons. The claim of all seams covered for life! And how well hers has held up. With Labs and kids! Mine now has a split seem and a popped button. (No big dogs or kids. Just a single senior.) To my request for repair! I was told its from wear and tear and repairs are not covered! Hmmm, look up their warrantee. Still says lifetime on seams!! This cost me almost $1,000 a year. I had a leather/vinyl couch from a store in my home state comparable to Ashley for 5 years with no issues except damage from the movers who brought it here! This was NOT worth the upgrade in full leather nor the price!! Question and get initials on warrantees before you spend your money! I will never recommend them again. Very disappointed!

Very short and sweet......WONDERFUL. We ordered our leather sectional in May and just received it in September. Had some glitches....the sectional wouldn't fit through any of our doors! So they took it back and made a completely new sectional that the pieces were small enough to fit through our door and ......they finished rebuilding our sectional in the home! How's that for going the extra mile? We did wait a long time, but it was worth it. The sectional is beautiful. Chrissy surely gets 5 Stars for customer service and helping us get our sectional. Thank you to everyone that was involved. You all deserve a raise! Barb n Tom Crossen

Good morning just saw a creative leather commercial. Reminded me how I have to look at my $10000 sectional everyday. Thought I was buying top quality leather. By the way the insurance they sell doesn't cover anything. I was told I could pay $400 each cushion to have the leather replaced. I was also told I should rotate the cushions. The cushions only fit one way. Save your money and stick to the discount furniture stores. For $10000 purchase they should be more willing to keep their customers happy.

What an incredible place.. Work is all locally done. Uses reclaimed wood. Dining room table may just come from this place. Gorgeous pieces there.

We bought a sofa and 2 recliners. I looked for quite awhile to find a recliner that was super comfortable. My husband wanted furniture that would last forever and I wanted comfort . I have never cared for leather although I see a lot of beautiful leather in peoples homes.I found a chair that just wrapped around me and I was sold . We chose the same leather that was in the store .After waiting 8 weeks it arrived. They were very dark , I thought it was the wrong color , it turns out we were told it was what we picked out but because its leather it has different dye lots or something like that . It will weather in time and fade . I am very disappointed as I was trying to lighten up colors of that room .It surly will not be light anytime soon. All the pieces felt as if I was sitting on a park bench . Stiff and hard .!I was able to take some of the stuffing out so it’s not as stiff, again in time it will soften up . Still disappointed it did not feel like the chair on the showroom floor that made us buy it .I did have to have a repair man comeTo the house to fix my chair as does not stay reclined . It has the buttons on the inside of the chair . He told me I was probably hitting them with my leg when I sat in the chair, which I do not and of coarse it did not do it for him so nothing was done . He sat in it and said it was fine . We have had this furniture since December. I need to recline completely back or sit up straight in order for the recline not move forward . No in between. For the price we paid this is just not right .I have been disappointed over all .

100% worst customer service I've ever received. Paid a $6000 deposit under the pretense that my custom made sectional would be completed within 4-6 weeks. 9 weeks later here I am sitting on the floor. With Zero concern for the customer Creative Leather told me they are making furnishings for a new showroom in SCOTTSDALE and that took priority over my order. A Paying customer takes second to Floor models?? Never have I ever been treated so poorly. The Glendale staff are worthless liars. Just stating Facts here. I'll never be back and advise All to shop elsewhere!
