I had the week off so I thought things would be quieter. That was not the case. I came by Monday around noon and the parking lot was packed. Once I got inside I had to manage my cart around hoards of people. Didn't even stop for samples as it was just too much. Thankfully the line was only a few carts long. But does Costco ever slow down?

The gas station was clean and the pumps worked great. Surprised it was so dead on a Sunday too. In and out in under 10 minutes.

Optical Department Incredible selection! Needed special lenses (with prisms). They beat my opticians office and Walmart by hundreds of dollars! Don't get glasses anywhere else!

Costco Tire Service: This was my first time buying tires at Costco and I was so impressed! They took such great care of my car and were so very helpful, professional, and friendly. Awesome sale price on the Michelins too! Thank you so much!

I've always had a love/hate relationship with Costco. Love their products but hate how much they make their customers adapt to them, like only accepting Visa as form of payment! It's one of those things where I mindlessly renew my membership every year out of habit. The Glendale Costco was the straw that broke the camel's back. Their cashier, Linda, got into a verbal altercation with me at the register because I asked my mother in law for help at the register while I was tending to my toddler. Linda was rude, smug, snarky and incredibly unprofessional! I explained the merchandise is mine, membership is mine and money being used for payment is mine! This was insufficient, she actually made me set my toddler aside, come around the register so I can personally hand her payment. Then proceeded to argue with me that she wasnt going to allow me to pay for my stuff! Poor customer service at this location isn't an isolated incident, they really do treat customers of color as less than. For this reason, I always try to use self-checkout, but the line was ridiculous! Anyway, I spoke on the phone to their front office manager and he advised he was aware. I suggested they strongly reconsider their hiring practices and try to look into boosting team morale so they don't pass on their miserable attitude to loyal, paying customers who literally pay to shop there. He expressed they are unfortunately set in their ways and feel untouchable, basically nothing they can do about it! So, this experience confirmed what I've known for years, time to take my business elsewhere. This could've all been avoided if they offered services like Scan and Go and Curbside Pickup like Sam's Club. I purchased a membership today and I'll no longer have to deal with the entitled Lindas of Costco.

Amazing the length that Costco goes to assure their customers have a great experience. We bought a product from them a while ago and it didn't live up to the manufacturer's specifications. So we returned it today with no issues. Another reason I enjoy spending my hard earned money there. The second reason to give them a shout out was our recent tire purchase. Easy to do online, good prices, great warranty and excellent service. We have another vehicle that we'll be queuing up shortly for its tire replacement. Expecting the same experience.

Only good thing is maybe the price which may be the reason they think they can have poor customer service. No text when it’s ready like they say and the automated line will tell you there’s no prescription in the system when it’s already filled. Save yourself the time and speak to a person. Poor employees have to deal with all this so it’s a fail on Costco’s part. This stuff is SUPER easy to fix too. It’s just poor management.

A large family can benefit from Costco's return policy. First, buying clothes from Costco is a good idea because Costco has buying power. Costco can purchase large quantities of clothes at a lower cost from the manufacturers compared to other retailers. Thus, they have a generous return policy. Costco's Kirkland underwear items can be found at a significant discount. Having a return policy gives family the courage to buy what they and their kids need and try it at home. Since Costco does not have a fitting room, people could try their clothes at home and decide to keep or return them. Second, the return policy also works on electronics and all items in the store. Customers can return furniture and appliances that did not meet their expectations. This return policy is something to consider when you buy a Costco membership. Third, another massive benefit of Costco's return policy is that you can return your item without a receipt. If people lose their receipt or forget where they put them, they do not have to worry about their return process because member uses their membership card. It will have all the information they need for their return, such as date of purchase and method of payment. When there is no time limit on returning items, selected items have a 90-day return policy. In the end, Costco's return policy is one of the best return policies in the market industry, and this policy gives people an advantage in shopping at Costco.

Their gas station workers are idiots. Wouldn’t allow me to fill up my gas can because it was over 5 gallons. Won’t be back to this location.

BEWARE! CAR WASH, CRACKED WINDSHIELDS. We went through the Costco Car Wash this past week. It CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. I had no prior damage to my windshield, and actually a few days prior had video evidence (I recorded a video of the scenery around us from the passenger seat) that my windshield was not damaged. I filed a claim with Costco at their member services department. Within a day or two, Gallagher Bassett, Costco's third party insurance, contacted me and said it wasn't their fault. That they had completed many other car washes that day with no damage. The representative from Gallagher, Tenise, was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. I received a denial email a few minutes later. DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH HERE! The same thing happened to someone a week before this happened to me, in OXNARD CA! That customer posted the same experience here on Yelp. I spent $800 in the store that day, and they were beyond rude about my windshield. Disgusting customer service.
