I just switched to State Farm from Progressive. The rep that helped me was Luciano Ferrara from the Corine Rougemont office and he/they saved me $40/month on auto insurance w added glass coverage. So I have better insurance coverage for a much lower cost. I told him about the price range I was looking for and he made it happen. Very friendly and professional as well as conversational too. The switch was easy and painless. I highly recommend State Farm.

Love them for so many reasons. They make everything easy, personable customer service, and always feel supported. You’d think over 7 years there may be some complacency but not here and very grateful and thankful for that. Highly recommend!

We have been with this office for many, many years. We have been so pleased with the professional service we received. We've recommended family members and friends which they have also switched to State farm and this office. We will continue to do so for years to come! I just want to give a little shout-out to Susie Moore for helping me answer questions about my policy when I called and help me to update my policy as well. She was so helpful and easy to talk to, and she reminded me that my policy did not have rental coverage at the time. I'm so glad that she caught that before I needed the coverage and did not have it. A few years ago another company significantly raised my rates. Theresa provided a quote for all of my vehicles and my home owners policy, my rates dropped dramatically with the same coverage. I have been with them ever since. Great customer service.
