Tired of employees relentless attempt to upsell 3-4 things EVERY time.... I already pay $40/month PLUS TIPPING just to have it vacuumed out and wiped down... Then when I say no to ALL of the upselling, the last two visits, they didn't wipe down the dash or vacuum. DONE with this place....

Don't waste your money. Truck still had mud all over after paying $33 for a wash. Asked to run it through again, they said 'Sorry you should have gotten the $44 wash'

Sabas Santiago did a perfect detail job today on my 2007 dodge charger excellent rating from me I could not of got a better shine from anyone else I would definitely give SaNtiago a five star rating GREAT JOB INSIDE, OUTSIDE AND EVEN UNDER THE HOOD THANKS SO MUCH

Austin the shop manager was really quick and super pleasant while helping me with replacing my battery when it died in the middle of a cleaning service. I can’t express how grateful I was that he was able to help and be so pleasant while doing so! Thank you for not judging me while I freaked out :) Thank you again!!!!

Terrible wash and detail quality to match the appalling customer service! The so called manager there that I dealt with yesterday was extremely rude and completely unhelpful, I've never been treated that way by a vendor in my life. Obviously I have already canceled all 3 of my memberships and will never be coming here again.

Unfortunately, after paying for a full service wash and a tip, I ended up washing the interior of my car. The seats weren’t vacuumed, the mats and floor weren’t vacuumed, and nothing had been wiped down. My car is never filthy and is generally cleanish, so vacuuming shouldn’t have been intensive.
The outside was fine and the staff is friendly, but the quality of the service was subpar. It was busy when I came, but that doesn’t mean the quality should go down.

It was later on a Friday night and I couldn’t find an air hose anywhere, luckily Deveril and Dunlap were there to help me out. They even had me drive into their service bay so that they could check all the air pressure in all four tires and sent me on my way. It’s little things like this that still lets me know that there is incredible customer service in this world, and I will absolutely start doing my service at this establishment because of those two gentlemen.
