I cancelled my account in person in April. I was assured by staff that there was nothing else I needed to do. They continued to bill me for months. I reached out to Marissa the site manager via phone and multiple emails, and it took her 2 weeks to even respond and that’s only because I contacted Circle K (who owns Clean Freak) who reached out to her…. I put in 3 requests to cancel and again went in person to cancel (which she now claims that 2nd in person cancellation is the one that canceled my plan, proving that my 1st in person cancellation in April should have worked.) She would not refund me for the months that they fraudulently billed me. Do not do business here.

Car wash was okay.They did not spray any of my bugs off.Though like most car washes do, the vacuums are horrible.However, they barely have any pressure.I even tried locating my car next to the pump.And it still was not good.I had to go to another car Wash to vacuum my car

I cancelled my membership in December but they’ve been charging me for the past 6 months. Said my cancellation never went through. I only signed up for the 2 month promotion for $9.99 back in November 2023. They finally emailed me and said my membership was now cancelled after attempting submitting another cancellation request. They still owe me $120 for December 2023-May 2024

This particular Car Wash wasn't as friendly as the local Clean Freak, that we frequent. Part of it is due to being young and not very dedicated to their job.
However, I do recommend and stand behind Clean Freak, for their service, their prices, and everything they have to offer. Thank for hiring our high school kids for the summer, and investing in our future.

I have a 4 door pickup with running boards. The lower half of the truck did not get scrubbed, and was still dirty. Thankfully they provide lots of towels and a sink, so I could properly clean the truck. I found the vaccums a bit weak. But they take good care of the place and provide good courteous service.

Went in this morning. Got home and noticed that the back wasn’t clean at all. Went back. They said they can’t do anything, because I left the premises. Don’t go here. It’s expensive garbage with trash service.

Stepped into a big hole in the vacuum area. Twisted my ankle, easily could've broken it. You have to fix this, it is going to injure someone.

I hate when automated car washes leave a void of about 1" x 24" still dirty. And the same exact void 2 weeks later. At least if you get the ceramic wash you get a 2nd for free.
