Whenever I go into the Tanger outlet, those ladies are amazing. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and they are eager to help, but they're not pushy. I will definitely be back.... thank you Tami!!!! ?

I have been a “Chico’s” Gal since 2007! Now that I’m retired I buy from Chico’s Off The Rack. Still same great quality and fit. I visited the Store in Tanger’s Mall and was greeted by two great Gals, Ann and Wendy. Same wonderful experience I’ve Always Had!!

I recently visited this location and had a poor shopping experience. The sales associates were not welcoming and seemed bothered I was even there! I also did not appreciate being chastised over a pricing question that I didn't even ask about when checking out, I am more than able to afford my purchases at Chico's Outlet stores. I shop at Chico's frequently and would like these women to to know that money is Green and that is what should matter at a retail establishment.

I was at the Chico's Outlet store in the Tanger Mall in Glendale, Arizona. I am so sorry to say that it was a miserable experience. I arrived at the store first thing this morning looking forward to purchasing several outfits. It seems, per the salesperson, that the store became busy and they needed the dressing rooms. I had brought up the subject after receiving the "bum's rush" from another associate. I left a couple of outfits (that I was going to purchase) in the dressing room with my name on it to go look for more clothes and upon returning with more outfits to try on, someone had erased my name from the door and removed the outfits I had planned on purchasing. There is absolutely no excuse for this lack of professionalism. If the associates only want people to try on and purchase only one or two things, they should tell customers. Hopefully, someone will educate these clerks-they are definitely not customer service-oriented salespeople.

I love this store!!! Beautiful clothes and so much to pick from. The staff are very helpful and specifically I would like to Thank you very much to Mahiba for incredible help with choosing my clothes. She was amazing,very nice, polite and sweet.
