Car wash dryers didn’t work. Told the cashier lady and the manager overheard. Manager decided to aggressively try to explain to me how I went through the car wash wrong even though I did exactly as he explained and the dryers just didn’t work. The cashier and the manager were both very very rude. Would never come back here.

My name is Luchi I went to pump gas in my car I asked the cashier for help and he didn’t wanna help the date was 10-18-24 and he told me to go to a different gas station very unprofessional.

I come early in the morning this guy named George I said good morning too he didn't say anything back. When I asked to cash the ticket he said I don't know. He said how much did you win and I said check for me please then after he started cussing at me it wasn't professional and he started cussing at my mom and he started raising his hand at me this is the third time he did it and also the first time he didn't wanna cash the ticket it was only $50 and then second time he tried stealing another $50 when I won $100 this is a message for the owner. I think he needs to be fired very unprofessional

The woman that works there said the bathrooms were both out of service and that she works there at doesn’t use the restroom.. lying old woman.. lost a sale on gas for lying

Beer busted open came back to return an Halid the one working behind counter would not replace it, worst customer service ever. I come her all the time as well as my family. Will not be returning . Losing long time customer over 4 dollars. Helen is great going to miss coming here. Need to teach customer service skills

Probably the cheapest gas in the entire valley when not counting Costco/Sams club. Never used the car wash. Always had pleasurable interactions inside the store with the staff contrary to what other reviews are saying, maybe I'm just lucky and I only ever catch the good employees. Area outside is a bit sketchy, vagrants walking around from the bus stop and salespeople trying to sell you windshield repairs.

Great gas prices, but don’t go inside!!!!!! My woman and I were grabbing some munchies and I opened a fridge to get some Starbucks double shot energy drink and boom!!!!!! Freakin mold everywhere !!!! I was truly amazed and eve more disgusted!!

Pump screen told me to go inside see cashier for them to have the door locked and lazy cashier ignoring me. Almost couldn't get gas. Highly don't recommend this place. Avoid at all costs.

I filled up my gas tank and went to get a car wash and the car wash not only isn’t working right and didn’t clean my car but left soap all over it.
The car wash speed bumps also are so high that they scratched the bottom of my car up.
The owner not only did not refund the full amount for my car wash but acted the first thing he said when I came in upset about the condition of my car said I did it wrong and how there are sensors and that people do it wrong all the time in a very rude and dismissive way (most likely because I was female). If people “do it wrong all the time” then maybe your sensors are off because it tells you to pull forward until you are way to far up then it tells you to stop.
He also proceeded to tell me how he has 2 masters degrees (yet he can’t do math on the refund). I have NEVER been to this gas station to get gas nor a car wash and I will NEVER go to your gas stations again! I know that isn’t a big deal to you but getting ripped off and treated like I am just some dumb female is unacceptable. Again, he himself said “it happens all the time” and 2 dollars may not be a big deal to you guys nor possible damage to my car but to a single mom it is a lot.
I don’t have money to waste and I already paid more just get gas at your station and this wasn't right.
You can choose to get gas there it is your choice but I highly recommend not getting the car wash it doesn’t work right and can mess up your car. I just hope my car is okay.

Please do not go to this gas station. I was just discriminated against. I got a cup of ice and asked the young guy how much for ice. He told me 1.69 for cup of ice. I told him I don’t want it, he told me I can’t get anything since I won’t pay for ice. I told him call his manger but his manger didn’t answer, and told me to get out the store and tried to stop me from getting gas.

Unfortunately, this manager by the name of Mike, after not wanting to divulge his name multiple times on the phone when letting them know that this is the third time in a month that I've tried to pay at the pump. And there's never any paper in the pump. And you have to go inside to get your receipt. He was rude and arrogant, and I hung up on him. And I will never patron his station again. He doesn't care about his customers and he's a slum. Gas station "Manager"
