I cannot stand this branch. Unfriendly and not helpful. Every time I go to the branch for something other than just to get money out I sit and wait. No one to greet me or ask why I was standing there. No fewer than four employees walked right by me without even a nod. On two visits I finally asked “can someone help me?” The only reason this place gets two stars is because of Rejina. She knows what she’s doing, is kind, and efficient. Otherwise ugh on this branch.

12.1.2023 1030am. Went there on a limb to get a couple signatures notarized and they had only one person in line and two tellers. One of the teller was a notary person and they refused to work with us even though we had an accountant had plenty of time. The tellers were lazy and did not want to take the time to do notary. Telling us to go to UPS or another bank. Very disappointed in there service.

I went to this Chase for a few reasons and was helped by Jeff Turkal, (aka Miracle Worker). Super professional and polite, he got me everything I needed. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone.

I deposited a check inside the bank teller, and after the machine took my check, it reported an error, and the machine froze up. I called the 1800 number it instructed me to dial, and all they could tell me was the machine froze up and would have to wait up to 10 days before I could receive credit. Needless to say, I will never go to this bank again and having serious thoughts of not banking at Chase bank anymore.
