Worst bank ever! Called the branch to dispute unknown charges to my card. I got a recording stating to call back at a later time. Called 3 times no luck. Called the 800 number and I was transferred 6 times, including twice to India, which I could very understand what they were saying. After 90 plus minutes, the resolution was to cancel my card and wait ten days to get a new one. Time to move on to the new generation of online banking where they actually care about their customers!

Thank you Tamison for helping me reverse two overdraft fees. I don't often need them reversed, it's been about a year or something like that since something happened. Was overdrafted $75 and sent a real time transfer (instant transfer) of $80 and then an additional $25 to my account a little after midnight and then 2 overdraft fees hit my account an hour later. So even though I had the money to cover my overdraft and it was showing as the money posted, it still went negative because of those two $35 overdraft fees hitting right after those instant transfers. I feel happy banking with Chase though that they are flexible helping me on those things.

My experience here was wonderful. My parents live in Phoenix and I needed to be added to their accounts. Maria was really professional and helpful. I find that their website and mobile apps are also easy to navigate and user friendly.

Chase Bank has been around for a long time and a lot of people do have Chase but there is a lot of problems with transferring money and making simple transactions. I closed my account and opened another with another bank for those reasons.

Had the pleasure of doing business today with this chase bank.. great service that was quick! I had previously called chase before coming to this location. As upset as I was the employees at this chase bank made my visit pleasant. I explained I needed assistance depositing funds and then re-setting my pin according to chase bank on the phone. The process definitely felt like a waste of my time. Once I stepped foot in this chase bank and expressed my major frustrations with the chase bank rep on the phone, they quickly had me seated with an account manager had my pin re-set along with my funds deposited.I was back on my way... Out and about, back on my daily routine after about 10-15 minutes in this CHASE BANK.THANK YOU, CHASE BANK and your team, for being so quick and courteous to your customers! You understood my needs and were aware of my concern for time and my schedule for the day.

I like this bank. I am easy to please though in regards to banks. I have never been inside this bank, but the drive thru is always up and the ATM have never been down. I have yet to have my time wasted here. Never an error or incorrect transaction for years. Thank you for a well run branch.

An atm here stole my money from me when I was trying to make a deposit for bills. I had to call off of work to go in the next morning, just for them to give me a number to call to file a claim, called the number and they said it will take 10 days for them to resolve it, when I have bill I need to pay before then. I would have been more understanding if the process did not take 10 days to return me my money and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. Will be switching banks after my money is returned.

Had a scheduled meeting last week with Miguel to discuss setting up another business account - something that I booked over a week in advance. Went and waited for over 15 minutes past my scheduled time and he was still in there talking to someone else that didn't have a schedule appointment. I call today to try to rectify the issue and continue doing business with Chase yet no answer.
That's no problem though because I'm just going to shut down all of my accounts to include credit cards and investment accounts to transfer them to another bank that will actually take the time to care about their customers. Not sure how one of the largest banks in the world can fall so short on customer service - maybe it is just this branch.

Defective ATM’sMade a cash deposit of 2800 on Thursday. The ATM only recognize 400 and kept the rest. These ATMs never give a receipt for deposits. I had to submit a claim and they Said it could take from two hours to two days to be credited for the amount. I am at the end of two days and there is no money deposit in my account and Chase has not contacted me with any update or information. Never use Chase ATMs that
