There atms at this location do not work... I was told over the phone it was something wrong with my card.. Then I come in and they can't find anything wrong at all. The teller suggested I try again with inside atm. This was after i tried to use the drive thru upwards of ten times... I come back after it's denied again. This bank is really not cool. Go to a credit union, for real

So there’s an older guy security sitting in his car probably his entire shift without moving and he complains he gets paid to sit ? Anwyays I get there with my dad and he was so rude with a bad attitude because my dad needed help opening the door first of all who invited using ur card to open the door . Could just be nice it was my dads first time and show him

If I could go lower I would just because my brother is establishing the buisness and setting up direct deposit through intuit the lady was having a really sour attitude about me cashing a chase check there and still paying the $10 fee//her salary im talking with my brother now about switching to a better bank this place is horrible.

Just wnt to the atm. It was sooo slow, it took me 15 minutes just to use the atm. And that wasn't waiting for anyone. It was just the atm running super slow. And it didn't accept my money at first then i had to start the whole transaction again

Terrible customer service. The bank lost a $2k deposit because of their faulty ATM machines. Instead of answering a single question, I was transferred to an outsourced call center that couldn't understand a word I said. After ten frustrating minutes, I hung up. You're better off banking somewhere else.

it's bad experience with chase, I open the saving account and thy word charge me every month 25 $ while it's free,, and I call the manager he didn't do anything he was just saying I'm sorry and not even fixing the problem , so I take all my money from there saying ,to not get charge again
