Im a licensed contractor and I was treated by the chases assistant manager like a a second class citizen for trying to cash a $2500 check. I got the run around, they asked many questions, they called my customer, took forever to cash, I usually get treated like this when I’m dealing with Latino tellers. Really sad

I stated an account online and called the bank to follow up on some questions. When I told the girl i would come in to speak with a basket, i was coming and speak with a banker i was told that there was no banker there. She offered no solution and even agreed that I should try a different bank.

Jay Galvan is the lead teller at this branch and is by far the most horrendous and rudest person to deal with customers. He was very aggressive in dealing with business matters and putting himself up against the glass harassing and yelling at me. I came in at 3:55 when it was closing and there were no indications of closing, all the lights were on and there was no written sign or verbal warning that they were closed. There were poles with ropes sectioning off lines that still provided access entering the bank area. That was his leadership of an idea that the bank was closed. There was no communication to the customers that the bank was closed, with the exception of Jay Galvan rudely dismissing customers away. No Chase branch should except this individual customer service. I have never been so degraded in my life. Any Chase branch that decides to keep an employee like this is doing their business a huge deservice. Look at the reviews of this place. They are horrible, and now you know why. Tania Zavala was an exceptional teller who made a huge and positive impact and supported my needs and my transactions. She is the epitome of great customer service and needs to leave that branch or become the lead teller. I would give her all the credit to the great reviews that report 5 stars. Tania Zavala deserves 5 stars for her caring, above and beyond services. The only reason I will be returning to this branch is to contact and meet with the manager Gilbert. I hope everyone including future seekers of employment take these two individuals into consideration. These are two examples of terrible and amazing employees and customer service.

Horrible Horrible people that run this location. They want to play games and play with peoples money. They lie to their customers. They need a manager and assistant manager at this location that can properly train the staff here and over see what these employees are doing.
