Stephen is the most attentive business owner I've encountered in a long, long time. I brought a piece of jewelry to be repaired and he had it done in no time. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend you check with him on repairs or jewelry purchases.

Placed order in October. It is currently December and I have yet to receive a missing item. I filed a complaint regarding the order immediately, till this day no response. I even went as for to reach out to them through social media, still no response. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I came in here to get my ring resized, thinking it would take days perhaps. To my pleasant surprise, Steve was able to get everything done right then and there. His price was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable about all types of jewelry. I will go here for any more of my needs, and you should too.

Charm Box Jewelry is next door to dairy Queen, and I have been going to the Charm Box Jewelry for about 6 years because I like the top quality service I receive, especially when I need a peace of jewelry repaired. I live near 35 Ave and Butler and drive past many Jewelry stores to get to the Charm Box Jewelry. Try them you won't regret it. Prices are very fair.

do not leave your jewelry here! save yourself! do not trust this company with anything! i have lost thousands of dollars worth of jewelry with no explanation. they wont even give me reimbursement for the things they lost.

I am so happy I went in to get a price on a new clasp for my bracelet, they changed it for me fast and cheaper than other jewelers told me it would cost. Very friendly and fun to talk to. I will not be going anywhere else!

Customers Beware this guy Steve the owner. I used to trust this guy and brought all of my watches in for new batteries. I even referred other people to him. I recently brought in my gold chain to get soldered for repair which I had him do in the past but I had actually waited there the first time he repaired it so I brought it in again when it broke. When I went to pick up my gold chain two days after I dropped it off, I realized he had swapped my gold chain for some other cheap flimsy chain that was all kinked and tangled and could not come apart. I called him and said that this was not my chain that I had dropped off. He asked me to come down and discuss it but all he did was deny that anything was wrong and insisted that that was the chain that I had dropped off. I obviously know my own jewelry and was very upset for this to have happen from someone I had trusted. After this experience I just want all to beware if you bring in your jewelry that things can be swapped and that he will deny that anything is different.

Best place to go if you need any repairs to jewelry. Went in on a Saturday and although extremely busy Steve was friendly and welcoming. I had called a few places around prior and everyone has given a 7-10 day turn around with a cost of 60.00+ to have a wedding band resized. Steve asked us when we needed it by and we told him it was no rush since the husband and I were leaving for Europe that upcoming Tuesday. Steve offered to have it ready of us the next day a Sunday. They aren't open on Sunday but because he saw how important the ring was to the husband Steve took care of it immediately. When we picked up the ring on Sunday the shop was closed but Steve opened the door for us, the ring looked better than when we purchased it and it was extremely affordable less than every other store we called. Thank you Steve.
