Had a great experience with ARCO yesterday. We needed to get a few doors rekeyed including a sliding glass door which can be a difficult one. Our tech was so nice and was able to rekey all of our locks (even that tricky sliding glass door) to one single key! Thanks to ARCO we can now safely and easily lock all of our doors to our new place. Highly recommend!

ARCO sent Luis to re-key the locks on my condo today. He called to let me know that he would arrive in appx 20 minutes and arrived on time. One of the deadbolts was too broken to be re-keyed . Luis explained the options to replace it. The work was done promptly. Be sure to call ARCO the next time that you need a locksmith and definitely ask for Luis . He's the best !

Update- we were given a 36 dollar refund. While this is appreciate I would recommend getting a pricing estimate in paper prior to confirmation of services. Service was completed however was quoted a significant amount of money less than the actual cost of the service. I was told on the phone a couple table lock out was 119 dollars but when the service was completed we were charged 290. After further inquiry into this matter I was told the info I had received initially was false as this is a constable lock change. I received a 10% discount for my next services which is something but does not address the current situation. I will be searching for other companies if I have any lock services needed in the future.

Keith did an excellent job in rekeying our house in just a few minutes. We had him clear and reset a keypad on the front door, that we can now use. Had a couple of extra keys made at a very low price. I would recommend this company and this employee for work in your home or business.

Luis was fantastic. He showed up on time, and quickly got to work re-keying our new home. He was attentive as I showed him the multiple locks throughout the house and answered all my questions. He also explained and made sure I was aware of the fact that there would be an extra $10 charge as our front door lock was electronic. I really appreciate the upfront demeanor and quick work he performed.

We had ARCO come and rekey our house, Luis did an absolutely wonderful job. He explained everything he was going to do and the whole process of completing the rekey. He was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I will recommend ARCO to anyone who ever asks for locksmith service.

Had a closet locked accidentally with a kwikset deadbolt and had no key . Kevin from ARCO arrived early and had the door unlocked , re-keyed and 3 new keys in about 20 minutes. Great job and I highly recommend this company.

Brent Nordstrom performed a professional, efficient, rekey of our new home. He is pleasant and one that you would not mind having in your house. You can be assured he is aware of your safety and security. He did go above and beyond the task of rekeying the doors. He made adjustments to the door that I didn't know could be made.

My technician had a great joyful attitude. That was great to experience in these times. Ery knowledgable on his trade. I could not believe the speed he accomplished the tasks. 7 locks, two had to be picked. 4 keys cut. Done in half hour or less. Great experience.
