Brought my car here after getting rear-ended and having damage to the back of my car and they did an amazing job with the repairs! Customer service was amazing and they kept me updated on when my car would be ready! Would defiantly recommend their service!

Be careful dealing with this autoshop, a few months back I got in a collusion and I was referred here they messed up my car more than it already , so I talked to the manager and he was very rude and didn’t want to help me solve this issue,! I then asked to speak with the owner for the shop but neither was I helped with my issue or allowed to talk to the owner. I lost items from my vechile and got my car messed up than before. They wasted 6 months of my time expanding the issue and I never got my money back. I will talk to my insurance as well and let them know to referee any other person linked with my insurance not to referee anyone else here.

Chaney’s is a great place to get your car fixed. They did repair on my fleet vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. They were always professional and easy to work with. They made a very stressful situation much easier for me with their courtesy, consistent communication and of course their expertise in auto body repair.

Fabulous work on my rear end of my car. Not only did they replace my back bumper but my top of my trunk needed work as well. I desperately needed a paint job my paint is a bright blue color which came out beautifully. I wasn't over charged either. They kept me informed the entire time and had my car back the next 2 business days. This is my go to shop from now on.

I needed a repair shop after an accident for my Chevy Colorado, one of the main reason I selected Chaneys was due to the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be a repeat customer. From the front office staff to the head of the store, they were all friendly, communicative and valued MY time as a customer.
They were upfront about what was needed to be done and never wavered from that and there were no surprises.
Their scheduling is impeccable, they were able to get it all taken care of in a reasonable time with no issues or outlandish delays
After the needed repairs after I got the truck back, the alignment felt slightly off due to the accident , I called in and talked to Francisco and he reassured me that “you know your car better than we do so bring it right back in” and without a problem, they had everything better than knew by the next morning. There was no gripe, no hassle and THAT customer service is hard to find these days, even after payment, they value their work and customers
After they repaired the vehicle they also give a fresh off the lot detailing which is an added bonus and tells me that they care about what the customer gets back. I highly recommend Chaneys!

I am so glad that I found Chaney's Collision Center. I was involved in an accident that I wanted to pay for the repairs myself without involving the insurance company. I was quoted over $11,000 by one company and &4,500 by Chaney's. The adjuster kept me informed of their progress and kept the price at what they quoted. Fantastic quality of the repairs and even detailed the vehicle after they finished. Hopefully I won't get into another accident but if I do they will get my business again!!!

I have used Chaney's in Glendale twice in the past year, with excellent results. My Accord was badly damaged but after their body shop finished, it looked and drove like nothing had happened. When my Miata was hit, Nadine provided a fair estimate and always kepted me updated along the way. I hope I won't need to, ?, but would choose Chaney's again. Dan.
