I am extremely pleased with the service that I have received from Carmen and Joe over the years. I wouldn't think of ever changing insurance agents or companies. It is such a comforting feeling to know that they always have your best interest in mind.

I made payment IN FULL for all 6 months of auto insurance. After I made that payment, I figured, since all was paid and the balance was $0, I wouldn't need to be enrolled in autopay anymore, so I checked that off, right AFTER the full 6 months payment was posted. Imagine my surprise when I saw the new charge of $75: after I paid for everything at once, they thought I should lose my auto pay discount even when the balance was $0 and no additional payments were required. I didn't notice that immediately, two weeks passed by and then I saw they put me back on installment payments and charged an additional $200 because I lost the discount for payment in full as well. They said, since I failed to pay that $75 charge for disenrollment from auto pay, I didn't pay my policy in full. Carmen Ramirez was my agent, extremely polite I have to admit, and she did a great job explaining how their system was crooked but did literally nothing to help me get back those two discounts. After almost a decade of loyalty, I am definitely switching to another insurance company, because this wasn't the only time I had issues with Allstate. Another time their fantastic system cancelled my auto insurance for no reason at all and it took me a month and zillion phone calls to get the things right. So, think twice before you do business with Allstate!

Excellent customer service!!! Family business, I’ve been with them for many years with the service and discounts getting better and better. Carmen and staff always go above & beyond to help in every way possible. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. After one of the winter storms the roof to the house was damaged. Carmen and Allstate made it easy to file a claim and get the roof fixed, all while I was on assignment in Abu Dhabi!! Thank you Carmen and thank you Allstate.

Horrible.....not been able to get ahold of my agent or office the last few days her answeing machine/mailbox is full . Called corporate and still no answer. Customer service horrible. When i did finally speak to someone "Kevin " i was rushed to get off phone so he could attend a meeting. I never got my policy switched over. I would NOT recommend this agent. Answering service hung up on me. Not the same agency as before. My agent left and was replaced with Carmen. My husband has left messages with this office and never heard from them. Maybe I will get a call back by of the end of 2022.

I've had nothing but great service from Carmen. She is professional, honest and personable. One of my favorite things about Carmen is I know she is looking out for us... whether it be new deals coming up, ways to save, or any information that helps make things easier. She's even told me when I would save with other companies. She's emailed and text simple things like ID cards, number, etc., within minutes of me asking. I'd definitely recommend Carmen Ramirez.

I am a customer because I joined my brother's policy and was on it long enough to earn his longtime customer discount when I moved to my own policy with my husband. We have ensured 2 vehicles and 2 houses with them on a great price bundle. The staff are always helpful and efficient.

Please Beware of Allstate and Agents. I have been a customer of Allstate for 16yrs and am getting screwed over by them on a policy that they wrote wrong and will not admit fault. All it would take is for the agent to step up and make it correct but they wont even do that. Best part since this claim has gone down they have not even reached out to change the policy so it will not happen again. Thanks for wasting my money and time Allstate. I am not an insurance expert and went to them to give me what i needed. Now i am being told its my responsibility to make sure my coverage is correct. Glad i know now that I have to double check the work of a professional insurance agent. I would not waste my time with them so please beware. Thanks Richard
