I have gone here for a minimum of 15 years, Eric had always done my nails perfectly, exactly how I want them. I went back recently because I had an issue with a pedicure, and Iris took me in and re-did it quickly. Happy as always now!
Requested style: -nails Eric Backfill, ombre light gold into a peachy pink. Coffin shape.
-Pedicure Iris, pink polish and nice pedicure.
Cleanliness: Super clean and all new.
Stylist: -Eric, the best but always busy.
-The toes, Iris but usually Lisa.

Second interaction with this salon, I called to get an estimate on my nails was told it was 55 then went they told me it was 70which was OK. I was still was able to afford $70, but my nails were very thick asked if he would be able to make them a lot thinner which he tried but they just didn’t turn out. How it was expected to also was supposed to get a flower on the nails, but decided not to waste my money any more. Will not be returning thought they would do a lot better the second time coming around, but they just failed. It was the guy walking around smoking his vape and blowing the smoke in your face. Not pleased at all

Whitney- I’ve been going here since I was 15 Eric does sooooo amazing on my nails and I always get compliments on them. Every time I get a pedicure they take their time and do such an awesome job.
Cleanliness: They just remodeled and it’s so beautiful inside with all the white and gray. Massage chairs are brand new and work amazing

Eric was amazing and took great care of me. I used to go to a different salon and while they were very nice, often I left disappointed for one reason or another. They actually hurt me more than a few times my last visit. Fed up, I decided to give a different salon a try and came across Care Nail and Salon. Eric was very gentle and I really like how my nails turned out. Thank you Eric. I'll be back because of you. ?

Eric did an amazing job on my ombré acrylic nails.
Requested style: I had a full set with ombré done at Gloss and Feathers in Scottsdale 2 weeks ago and had a horrible experience with my nail tech and the work she did. . Eric was able to fix my nails and they look amazing! I would highly recommend Care Nails.
Cleanliness: Very clean spa

**** Add ON *** 5/9/24. Yesterday, I give this two Star, Now I give it one Star!! Now I even more mad. Thank you for your response! I appreciate your replied, but your technicians lied. I NEVER got lotion on my hands/ arms. I did get lotion on my legs, but not my hands. I really wish I took pictures of my hand before I wash them and put lotion on when I got home. That would have prove I never got lotion. I am even more disappointed that they lied. Before there was a chance that I would come back - Now I am NOT coming back! Unbelievable!! ******* I was happy at first. I got a pedicure and a manicure. The First Lady started to do a good job on me. Another customer came in, and the lady started on her. A Second Lady finished me up. She did my left hand and forgot my right hand. She was going to put nail polish on my right hand before she did anything. I had to remind her to finish before putting nail polish on. She did. Rough on my fingers. My fingers is very sensitive now and couple of red marks. Afterwards, she finished putting nail polish in both hands. I feel like I never got a pedicure. She never massage my hand or nothing. No lotion or nothing. I asked her for lotion , she did not give me lotion. My fingers had white stuff all over them some nails are bumpy. Why did they grind my nails??? I had NO gel on them - just regular nail polish. Now I have wait until my nails grow out. They are not healthy cuz of all the grinding. Very rough with my nails. I give her money and she give me $20 bill. I asked for change and she give me 2 -10's. Never give me 5 or ones. I got fed up and left. Now in a grumpy mood. The First Lady was lot better than the Second Lady. When I came home. Washed my hands and put my own lotion on.

They have very reasonable prices. Very friendly and excellent service they took time on my daughter's French tips gel manicure. As well as mine I have gel red carpet ? the options they have for kids and adults are endless. Very clean facility they smell of nail polish is very light.
