It's a great place to water your car!!! I've been there probably 3 times and I've never had any soap or tire cleaner come out of the wand no matter what selection I was on.

I was hoping to get in contact with the owner, but there's no contact info on the web. The only way would be to leave this review. Anyway, the vacuum was working great, but I went back for more time by putting in coins, then it ended up not working and the machine took my money. It was disappointing.

It seams like every time I go to wash my vehicles there are no towels in the bin and the values have no suction. My wife also says there have been very little to no soap being applied during the wash. I also tried to get my truck washed at the 83rd and McDowell location and it wouldn't accept my plate at 2 of the gates and nobody answered the help button. We are concerning going to Cobblestone car wash for better service.I am sick and tired of paying for crap service.

this review is for superstar car wash 9450 West Camelback Rd. they get an F from me. I normally go to Three Minute Car Wash but I was right across the street from superstar so I thought I'd give them a shot. i purchased the lite wash because I wash every week and my truck just has some spots and a few bugs after I came through the wash it didnt dry at all. once I banged on the door and got the attention of one of the attendance he blamed it on the sensor. He gave me tje best car wash they had and it wasn't any better than the five dollar car wash at three minutes. The driveway entrance to wash is awkward hard to get into with my medium size truck and I can't imagine a larger truck. neither one of the vacuum were working and the place just opened so they probably weren't working the prior day and no one unclogged them.

Staff seem friendly but the minute you don't buy a monthly pass, you're given the most rude attitude and no help (3 separate occasions). The rinsing portion of the wash is terrible. The vacuums are falling apart, most are not even suctioning correctly. Only good thing is the location.

The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because I know not all locations are this bad. This is not that old of a location to have only half of the vacuums working. Staff was not friendly, not even a smile. I'm glad other locations are not too far away. I will never visit this location again.

34 unauthorized charges to my bank account totaling over 1200.00 dollars has been taken from my account.Since July 2023 to Jan 2023.I have had no help in resolving this matter.I sent 34 screenshots of transactions by this location.Check your records people.
