I rent often at this location at 67th Ave. and Bell. And never had a bad experience. The staff is extremely helpful, positive and accommodating. It’s my favorite, local rental location in all of Phoenix.

Such an easy rental experience. Got an early pay deal and the car was same price as the economy but it was upgraded. No hassle deposit was not too bad either . And the best part the car got INCREDIBLE GAS MILEAGE.Love the 67th Ave and Bell location .. Top Notch !!

DO NOT RENT from Budget unless you want to be very disappointed. The service and the amount of charges they add on you are absolutely ridiculous. The associates are very rude and have no customer service or regard for your concern. They give you a customer service number to call. This was one of the most frustrating rentals I’ve ever had. Save your money and go to U-Haul a trusted company.

Budget & Avis have merged and the ladies in the office were very nice & friendly. Quick service & we were able to rent a car, last minute, on a holiday weekend with no problems!Highly recommend calling ahead & booking directly with the agency. Would absolutely NOT recommend using a 3rd party or booking online!!!

Worst experience, the associate was rude, even told me to go next store to uhaul, and accused me of stealing the truck. Saying i won't return it. I tried to call corporate, and they won't return my calls. I move a lot for work. My first and last experience using budget rental. The lady was nit-picking everything. Rude, and should not have a job with customers. She kept changing the total price, forced me to add things I didn't need, the whole situation was disgusting.

Talked to 4 call center workers to get one I was able to under stand.The truck ac only produced 60° air which was horrible in 117 heat. The truck shifter kept sticking. Was charged 75 miles truck milage/ when it was only 35.8 miles . Never got my 30% email discount. The truck ran rough and had the check engine light on the whole time. The truck was dirty on pickup. It was not a good rental at all! Can't recommend budget truck in any form, call center experience was poor at best,the truck was in poor condition,the pickup center lack a lot ,and was met with more excuses than ancers and more frustration. Very poor overall experience, poor call center poorly maintained truck truck not cleaned before renting, to many excuses given for reasons why.,

This was the worst customer experience ever. Very rude and unfriendly staff. If you dont like your job than just stop with it please. Never ever budget and avis rentala for me again.

I just recently rented a vehicle from Budget Car Rental. We arrived in Baltimore at 1 a.m. Sunday, June 11th. Our flight had gotten changed from arriving at 7:28 p.m. to 12:36 a.m. I had called from the Phoenix airport and gave Budget our flight info and had asked if our vehicle would be held until the next morning for us to pick up. They told me that the reservation is held for 24 hours. So Sunday after getting some sleep we went to pick up our vehicle. It was supposed to be a 12 passenger van which was prepaid for and reserved for a specific reason. There were 9 of us traveling together.As we arrived to the Baltimore facility at 9:45 a.m., we were told they had no 12 passenger vans available and said that they didn't hold it because we didn't show up the previous night. I explained that I called and our flight arrived later and explained I was told we had 24 hour window for reservation. They said, yes for the reservation but not for the specific vehicle and proceeded to offer us two mini vans. We declined and said we needed the 12 passenger van that we had already paid for. They told me I could call customer service and ask them to check other locations. We said shouldn't they do that on our behalf since we are the customers and they should fix this error. They told us no they couldn't see other locations inventory.So I called customer service. There were no other locations near by to get one from. The customer service rep offered to cancel the whole reservation and create a new one for the rate of two mini vans when I told them what the site was offering to give us and I said there would be a price difference. I told them we wanted the 12 passenger van. I asked if they could offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience this was causing as we wanted to get on the road and the supervisor on the phone call told me only if I had a promo code, then he would input it but other than that, he couldn't do anything.While I was on the phone and meanwhile an hour had gone by, the manager Tiffany began helping us and went to Avis to see about using a 12 passenger van. Which we had already asked if they could check the other companies that were on site and were told no they couldn't but because we didn't budge yet and were still there, they finally decided to. Tiffany did indeed get us a 12 passenger van after over an hour of being there and me on the phone with customer service.Upon leaving with this vehicle, as we drove to the other end of the parking lot, we saw that there were indeed 6, other 12 passenger van parked in the parking lot that we had been in. This led us to believe that Budget was trying to scam us. They had the prepayment for the 12 passenger van and wanted to give us two mini vans which would have only costed around $1800, but we had already paid $2492 for our larger van. We weren't offered a discount by the staff at this facility when they wanted to send us off with these two mini vans. I don't understand what they were doing exactly if there were more vans available on site, why do this to us. Either way, it was a horrible beginning to our trip as we wasted so much time here dealing with this mix up. I am thankful that Tiffany the manager did end up pulling through but it was a hassle to get that.

Mary was very kind and helpful at this Glendale, AZ Budget Car Rental. She even told me that a M-F rental was cheaper than a four day rental due to Budget's discount on one-week rentals. When I called Budget, I always talked with a person on site, (Mary), as opposed to being diverted to a "call center" who knows where. Budget also guaranteed the price, regardless whether the customer got "bumped up" to a mid-sized or more expensive vehicle. I highly recommend Budget Car Rental in Glendale, (Phoenix area)!

By FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. ITS LIKE THE 2 LADIES IN THE FRONT WERE TRYING TO MAKE IT HARD FOR ME TO RENT MY TRUCK. GOOD GOD THEY WERE SHORT AND RUDE. I GLADLY WALKED NEXT DOOR TO UHAUL AND THE LADY WHOSE NAME WAS KAREN HELPED ME AND WAS ACTUALLY NICE! I WILL GLADLY GO BACK TO UHAUL. THATS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU TRY TO SHOP ON A BUDGET.
