I’ve never had a negative experience at this store. All the staff has always been so friendly and willing to answer my endless questions lol. Today Maddie and Ashley were especially helpful. I always pop in when I’m in the mall and I’ll continue to do so because the staff is so accommodating.

Employees are always friendly, especially the gentleman in glasses didn't catch his name ,was just looking while I had a family member shopping ,I always buy something when I'm in there but always a great box lunch store

I love this BoxLunch location and LOVE LOVE THE EMPLOYEES THERE! me and my son had a bad experience at a different Location and almost gave up on this store until we came to arrowhead and not only found what we were looking for but also was helped so kindly by maddie and ashley! Theyre great and need a freakin raise ☺️ thank you guys for making our shopping experience so awesome my son now says this is his favorite store ❤️ yay BoxLunch arrowhead!

Great selection! The employees were very nice!
I wanted a specific wallet to match a bag I purchased & they said they would hold it for me when they unboxed it! Love it! I’ll be back!

Small space. Stinks because it's always crowded. Whoever is picking the merch needs to be fired. It's HARRY POTTER and every out of date fan merch.
