I had great experience! Was trying to buy jeans for some country dancing. After I was being goldilocks for a time, guess what? They were found! By a lovely gal, who knows her stuff! Plus, she was pleasant to converse with.
Great atmosphere here and will go back again.

I took some boots to return them under manufacturer's warranty and they refused to replace the boots I paid at that store they said because I've returned them once before and that I didn't switch boots when they specifically never told me that my book wasn't for my job I think it was an excuse I paid top dollar for these boots for them to tell me that that boot ain't for my job after the fact they were rude and just didn't care to deal with me I was respectful in everyway. If they would have told me that my boot wasn't for my job I would have switched boots in the first place but they never did. So I feel they don't stand behind their product. I won't be going back to this location stay away from this location. I'm sure if I was going to purchase another boot which I was they would have been a lot nicer and tended to me but since I was there for a return or an exchange they didn't they didn't care for me in any way

Nice place, prices are high. They have a wide selection, but I've never found what I was looking for, or the price was too high.

Andrea at the arrowhead location made us feel like an inconvenience as we came in with 20 mins to closing to grab a quick item. She made it a point to say it loud enough as walked in “we should tell people they have X amount of mins to shop, that’s so annoying”. The manager was next to her and did nothing about the comment but rather laughed as it was made.

One of the best places to go get a hat and western wear. They knew what shape would best fit my head(who would have thought??). While I was there they were shaping hats and helping me out at the same time. They make it easy looking for a hat to fit and look good.

My Dad found 4 shirts with the pearl snaps. He has very shakey hands and cannot button shirts anymore. He loves them all, and can keep dressing himself. A win, win. Thanks, Boot Barn.

Bought boots for my grandson, good selection and staff there to help.
Have purchased from them many times, had to pay for box for boots, didn't like that but it is what it is.

What a great experience!! I got my first pair of boots here and they fit great! When I first walked in, I was so lost and didn't know which ones to get. I then was approached by an employee and he helped find the pair of boots I wanted! Raymond was very nice and informative, and his knowledge really helped me find the best ones for me!! Thank you Raymond!!
