I live in Avondale. My Boost store never opened on Sunday. Their door sign said 11:00 am.No answering their phone or sign on the door saying why.This location, in Glendale, took great care of me. It was a drive but I'm so happy they were open and helped me.

This store is the worst store for service just bought my phone last Monday and it won't get some apps I want like took a chance it back and was told 7 days was over thru won't exchange my phone store sucks

Stay away they must be going bankrupt. I ordered a phone 6/19 was supposed to get it 6/27 but UPS LOST IT. I never got phone, they don't want to send another tll they find that one so I went with T mobile. So I've called 6 times now to get tefund and still they have not given my refund to me. Sorry but I need my 51.00 back boost, I didn't give you an interest free loan..... I mean get real already!!

Jessica did an amazing job helping us switch services. Walmart family mobile wasn't working and we were fed up. When we came in Jessica helped us pick the best plan and helped us switch services. Walmart wouldn't cooperate with the switch and Jessica spent 3 hours fighting with them to get it working. If it weren't for her I don't think we would have got our phones switched. She even took the time to put our phone cases on and put on our screen protectors. She discounted our cases and protectors and because we switched providers we got free phones. I can't recommend them enough. And anyone who can put up with my dad deserves a raise! If you see this thank you for everything Jessica!

Jessica was absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond to help us. We switched over from Walmart Family Mobile as they are awful and she made sure we got the best deal possible. Jessica spent nearly 3 hours fighting with Walmart to get the codes needed to switch carriers, while she was on hold she put the screen protectors and cases on our new phones. She never got upset or irritated, amazing considering she was dealing with Walmart incompetence. I'm so thankful for her help and amazing customer service! This young lady deserves a raise!

I am not happy with this I made it there early like 7:15 and I saw them literally closing up and shutting off the light in the store and it's not 8pm yet so this is how customer service is

2 days ago, I went to this place and Miss Carina has excellent customer service. He is very professional, very patient, and very knowledgeable about the work he does. He is very friendly and I recommend visiting that place. People like Carina deserve a raise for their excellent work.
