I have been on the lookout for a new dining room table forever and have had no luck for well over a year. I've been to numerous furniture stores in the valley and decided to come check out Bob's. When we arrived the parking lot was pretty empty. As we walked in we were greeted right away and after telling them we were just looking they let us know they'd be available if needed. The selection of furniture is decent, but I'm looking for actually solid wood and can't seem to find it anywhere. I found one I liked a little, but the display was already looking worse for ware and with the teenagers I have at home I need something that will hold up. Staff was friendly and the store really clean, but not for me. Prices were fair and affordable.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Bad experience with my delivery process and the customer service. I would not go back. I canceled my order. And taking my services elsewhere. Im sure there are better furniture stores that do care about their customers.

I bought something and I’m happy about my order but I was trying to decide what I really wanted but I felt some pressure from the salesman. I kept feeling like he was hovering over me and tried to upsell me the entire time.I don’t want to say his name because I love what I bought but whoever comes here just be mindful of the salesman really tryna milk you for more.

I walked in and went straight to what I wanted and the staff helped me purchase I a mannerly time. They are not pushy which I love. My experience there was great and I’ll definitely be back

Update11/20/23: finally received my recliner. Delivery guys tumbled it end over end when the dolly was right next to them. Dropped it out if the truck then wheeled it into my driveway. Told them to use the front door. They said “ oh, you want it inside” to which I replied “ isn’t that what I paid for?” Didn’t think I had to explain that I didn’t want it outside. Once inside, the flopped it on its side and left. I signed once but he said my signature was adopted on all the lines that needed to be signed and left. Didn’t even see any if the delivery paperwork. I immediately called to complain about the delivery.Well after thanking a rolling exit from the delivery truck, my electronics don’t work and now they get to replace it for me. So yeah, my review stands. Worst place to buy furniture that Ive been to yet.Still waiting on my delivery. Ordered second week of august and was told 5-6 weeks for delivery. Here I am, 10 weeks out and I had to call them several times because they never contacted me about there being a major delay. Will never use Bobs again. Worst customer service. Called them and they offer no apologies or anything just tell me that theres a delay and they will email me a week before it will be delivered.

Fikreta was amazing. She was very nice and personable. She got me and my husband going in to just look at mattresses to walking out with a brand new mattress, bed frame, and adjustable base. Definitely will be coming back to furnish our home in a few months. Fikreta was training a gentleman and he was great too, seemed eager to learn the business :) can’t wait for our brand new bed to be delivered!

I love Bob’s furniture! The prices style and selections are great as always! My husband and I went back to purchase a new sofa and tv stand which we love! We get it delivered Saturday which was really quick! The people and atmosphere is so pleasant and inviting, we worked with salesperson Pam she was so nice and very efficient! This is our second purchase and we trust in Bob's with all of our furniture purchases! Thank You again!

Yesterday was the very first time I went to Bob’s Discount Furniture. I was immediately addressed by Brian Jacob’s. He asked a few questions and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed by the whole experience. Needless to say I made a couple of purchases and I’m looking forward to my delivery in a few days. It truly was an easy process from beginning to end. I would definitely come back to your store in the future if I needed. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and great atmosphere.

Pay attention when they get you on the warranty. I bought a mattress cover to make sure I get the warranty on the mattress. I buy everything right at closing time. I walk out of the store and realize they gave me pillow cases along with it. I thought no big deal I'll return them after as I didn't ask for these and they were $70. I live 25min away and would do it when I'm in the area again. I tried to return and I was advised they were final sale. That was never communicated to me and here we are with a product I won't use, and don't need and $70 out of my pocket for no reason. All because the sales guy tossed it in there with the mattress sale and I signed for it while in conversation and being rushed out.

The delivery team was awesome, they were one time, professional and customer friendly. In todays market place you cant get better customer service than these guys provided.

I met Bob when his stores were based in ConnectIcut and mostly in Southern New England. I moved away first to North Carolina where we took advantage of deep discounts since so much top brand furniture is made there. FF we have been in Arizona for 12 years imagine my shock when while in Palm Springs California we pass a Bobs Discount Furniture store! I went in just to see. Both me and my husband have met Bob in person my husband when he was getting his MBA and I was his Norwich store. when he found out I was just waiting for them to load my van he walked me to the back room and offered to give me any piece on the floor. I picked a cream colored armore called at $1200 I still have it to this day. just be careful and check stuff carefully because I understand a lot is imported ifrom China. also check Amazon they have amazing deals

I visited the Bob's at Desert Ridge and found a perfect dining table. The first one was delivered with a horrible finish on the top of the table. There were brush strokes, nail pops and bubbles from where the paint or top coat had dried. It had white streaks down the wood in some places. I returned it and they sent me a second table. The top on this one has a nail pop, a better finish than the first one, but still very inconsistent. There are shiny parts, and then right next to it, dull parts. The quality is very poor. I paid a lot for the dining table. They don't have any more all black tables, so I am going to have to get my money back. I would go somewhere else. UPDATE: They will not refund! They won't stand behind their product and can't get me a table with a finish that is good, but just say "you're out of luck." God anywhere else.

The showroom was clean and very nicely laid out. The atmosphere was very comfortable and absolutely no pressure. Our salesman, Ed, was wonderful. Any time I return to Bob’s, Ed is my guy. And it was great to be able to spend my time sitting on the furniture I was purchasing while the sale was being written up. I was able to get a real feel for the level of comfort and ease of standing up. The furniture felt vey cushy and enveloping when first sitting but was firm and easy to get out of. Very happy with my purchase thus far! Can’t wait for delivery!!
