“I brought my 15-year-old Electra Cruiser in for a stripped axle nut. I need a new axle or a new hub. Cole and the other mechanic figured out they could replace the nut. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few hours, and I picked up my bike the same day. I'll definitely be back!! Thanks, Guys!”

Friendly to the novice audience they proceeded to give me great advice on how to maintain my new bike. They also do bicycle maintenance and repair work just not electrical.”

“Had my daily driver e-bike fixed in under a week, awesome for me since my particular bike model has unique sized parts. Only four star tho because I did have to pay 140 for one flat tire and they don't make a practice of a courtesy air pressure test for both for the financial trouble of that price. Plus my handle bars were loose when I picked it up. Made for an interesting ride back home lol.
In short, very professional staff who are experienced, but make sure to give your bike a once over before you leave. As they don't practice any courtesy details.”

“The church gentleman that were there in the shop April 30th in the afternoon we're both very helpful and knowledgeable and I did not feel like a dumb female when I left. One explained the situation with those nuts and the various different threading inside. They gave me two that I could try and they actually did work on my bike.
