I hit some debris on the road and had a $1000 deductible, I didn’t think they would be able to help me with any of my deductible but they did! Thanks to Alex and Jimmy my truck is like new again!

I dropped my truck off on a Monday morning. They called and said it was ready Wednesday. I couldn't believe it. The work was phenomenal as well. I couldn't see any of the prior damage. Plus a full service wash. Can't beat this place bar none

Admittedly I was nervous because there were only 5 reviews on yelp. I am glad I took the chance because these guys are responsive, professional, and very timely. They worked very well with our insurance and even detailed my car before returning it to me. I'd recommend them to anyone! Great job, guys!

Absolutely horrible. I asked for a estimate he ask if I minded leaving my car so I did big mistake. I called so many times to get an update and they never answer there phone. Then I finally got ahold of them and was told they where waiting to see if they would be able to get the parts. 3 weeks later after getting the run around I physically go to the shop to get my car back and he charged me $250 for storage which I never asked to leave my car there he did. I had to call the police because he wouldn't give me my car until I paid. He told the officer that he was holding until I paid "mechanic lean" the officer made me pay but I found out that because he did no work on my vehicle he was not supposed to claim a "mechanic lean" he had no right to keep my car! Definitely informing the Attorney generals office about this.

I looked for the best body shop near me and found Best Deal Auto body. They came through with their high quality body work and waive deductible promise and saved half of my deductible!!!. I'm convinced there's not a better deal from any other body shop in the Phoenix area! Don't doubt, just go.

They took a little bit longer to fix my car, but it was because of parts and they were shorthanded. They did a very good job on my car, though.

Very dissatisfied with the customer support of the main owner. DOES NOT answer my calls/texts. I got into a crash about a month ago... he has been telling me he has contacted the insurance company, but when I call them, they have not received any paperwork (supplement). The owner then tells me of covering some part of the rental but doesn't proceed to tell me how much/days he will. I understand the lack of parts/maintenance, but I do not understand the lack of paperwork on your end and having to hear two different sides of a story. Will change review once I get my car back and get some type of cooperation.*UPDATE 22OCT*They had finally sent me the supplement after visiting their shop 4-5 times. They have not shared any progress with my car other than the usual. It has been in the shop for about two months and the insurance company is even stating that it should not be in the shop for this long... They say that is left are some small brackets. I just want the car I'm paying for.*UPDATE 09NOV*They are still awaiting parts here and I appreciate all the work that they have committed to my car. I am still having issues with paperwork being sent and my rentals getting covered due to the lack of supplements. If you got into a car accident, I DO recommend getting a lawyer, no matter what damage. I have been financially strained from this not only from the insurance company, but the "lack of parts" being received.*UPDATE 15NOV*Many things were cleared to me as to why there has been delays, after it being 2 months... Alex has reassured me again that rentals will not be paid out-of-pocket and it seems to be going this way now. I still am having troubles receiving my photos and documents. I hope to be getting my car this week per the alloted time given.

This shop wouldn't not even wanted to look at the damage on my car to give me an estimate. They were asking me to leave my car at shop to take it apart and then they would give an an estimate. But what happens if the estimate is too high and u want to take it to a different shop for a second opinion. I was going to pay cash for the repair and I told them so. I think they just want eliminate competition by doing that.

I am so appreciative of the caliber of service I received at Best Deal Auto Body. .Alex was not only personable He was reassuring ( Yes, I was stressing!!!!) about getting my auto body work done, correctly. This place was so unprofessional. They informed me that it would take 3 days for my car to be fixed but it took them 7 days. I tried to call on the third day and no one answers the phone, and you can't leave a voicemail. I had to go there in person to even get an ETA and then again they told me it would be done by the next morning and didn't hear anything from them again. When they finally did let me know that my vehicle was ready 4 days after they told me it would be, I went there and no one knew where my invoice was or where my keys were. Super unprofessional as nothing is organized and they wasted so much of my time waiting for my vehicle and also waiting in person for them to figure out the invoice. Would not recommend.

While my niece was visiting, from out of town, her car was hit on the driver side. We took it in and Alex did an absolute wonder job with body work. He even detailed the car. It looked brand new! He got the work done before she ready to return home. It was a stressless experience. Thanks Alex!

I brought my car in to be fixed I had damage on my drivers side from a hit and run. I was told 4 days it would be done and he would take care of everything with the insurance co. So first of all it took 2 weeks and my insurance company ended up charging me for rental car because they didnt get an extension from the insurance company... Then l pick it up and noticed they did not put my pin stripe back on and missed a couple spots to be repaired. Can't call them they don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message becsuse their mail box is always full. Bad experience with this crew!!
