Highly recommend! Luis, Milo, and everyone in the dealership was super friendly even when they had minor technical issues due to the weather they were very professional and got me into a great car within a few hours 5 stars!

What a nightmare. It has been one repair after the next. I have paid more in repairs than the car is worth, and I bought the car late June. Definitely do not buy a car here!

Can’t give 0 stars but Do not but from here! Scammers
Terrible experience. Yes they find funding if you have less than perfect credit but they will not come through on the15 day warranty they give you. 4 days after purchase I brought to their attention that the alignment was off, and the transmission was slipping. And a few other things..The first month I had the car it was in their shop for a total of 3 of the 4 weeks. Each time they say they fixed the problem, the next day it would continue. They clearly took shortcuts on mechanical work. I requested a print out of everything they fixed & They wouldn’t provide it. Michelle who is the supervisor of the mechanics department said they “don’t provide print outs or statements because I’m not paying for the work since it’s covered under warranty “
After taking my car back to them the second month to again, “ fix the transmission “ Finally Sebastion another mechanics manger tells me “we can’t repair your transmission we will need to replace it. So I will call you in the next week or two to bring the vehicle back in to replace the transmission. “
Of course he didn’t call , I had to call him and he said they are having trouble finding the correct parts to give him a couple more weeks. I talked to Michelle and Sebastian for the first 4 months then it was only Michelle telling me she can see my transmission was supposed to be replaced and that she would call me back to let me know where the part is and when u could bring it in for repairs. Of course she never calls me back so I would call back every week and would be given the excuse that her manager hasn’t responded to her emails requesting to escalate the importance of replacing my transmission.
I kept getting the run around so I asked my finance company about it and they said they will get their records together regarding the matter because when they did a30 day follow up with me I mentioned I was already having a bad experience because I haven’t been able to drive it due to it being at the shop and since the replacement transmission would take a few weeks I couldn’t drive my vehicle much because once you go over 40 mph the transmission slips. My finance company asked me to contact them to get their records so they could compare notes and send it over to compliance department.
I call best auto spoke with Michelle and let her know what the finance company advised me to do to resolve the transmission issue. As soon as I say that she says she has no records to send me and that I was never approved to replace the transmission.
They are unprofessional, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away from them or you will be paying for a car you can’t even use

Vinny was GREEEEAT! I started off
Speaking with Oscar who’s welcoming personality is what got Me to come here in the first place! But the morning I was supposed to come Vinny called me and stopped in! Soon as I got here we got right to business and he got me the car I wanted! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I will never do business with this place ever again we got a 2016 kia rio and soon after we had to go to the shop they ask us to do a review and we were promised a gas gift card never received it 2yrs later we refer my sister and she also has not been able to leave the shop with a repeated dead battery but for referring her we were suppose to get $150 and apparently were denied the $150 how does that happen
