It’s at a convenient location, just off a busy road. The posted office hours are good. The price was a little lower than competitors. The cons would be it was very rare we could get a hold of someone with questions especially at the end of our year there. Voicemails went unanswered and emails were slow. Make sure your belongings are in totes or other cockroach-proof containers. Our things were infested even after putting traps in ourselves.

Worst customer service ever. I just called to get hours of operations. I was chewed out because the person thought I was someone else. I then explained how I was I just needed to know the hours she would be there and she hung up on me. I would never do business with this place.

My property was stolen at this storage, the manager and her drug dealing tenant extorted money from me promising to let me get my things out of the unit if I paid but even after paying $290. I still don't have my property. The manager admitted to the police that yes my property is in the unit but she can't let me in because another $55 needed to be paid and the said tenant would have say it's OK for me to go in for my stuff. I had no problem paying that but why wouldn't she call him to get that permission instead she left that to the police, of course when the police called he already knew what was up and declined to answer the calls. We are not talking about a few items here, I had thousands of dollars worth of stuff in the unit such as a huskyvarna sewing machine, a 26,500btu window AC, 2 stand up jewelry boxes ect... So I call the GM just to find out that she's siding with the drug dealer tenant and the extorting manager, apparently they are all close personal friends. So personal that tenant can get me into my boyfriends past due unit if I come up with more money. He can get into any unit at any time apparently. I went into rehab but he knew I was coming back for my things which he promised were safe. Liars and thieves! BEWARE

We have used this storage facility since they have opened. We have went through many managers there. The manager now ( Kirsten ) is by far the best manager this place has ever had. She is really easy to get ahold of and she keeps the facility looking so clean. We all really appreciate all her work and dedication. Thank you

I had an appointment to pick up a uhaul from this location and the front office was closed during business hours for over 30 minutes. I stood outside and was not able to pick up my rental. It would not let me check in on my phone and the store lady came out 40 minutes later and yelled because she couldn’t do customer service.Edited to add: The response to this review is incorrect. I was supposed to pick up at bell tower mini storage but had to cancel my pick up and go to the uhaul facility down the street because after an hour of waiting the office remained closed…. During business hours. Then the associate who was “working” or napping wanted to come out and yell for me banging on the door.

Staff is very Customer service oriented. Great service. Unit was clean. Large and price right compared to other storage unit s. Would highly recommend this facility. 5stars from me. Thank you Bell storage. You were a life saver..And Thank you for sharing the Avalanche cookie recipe. Manager Kristin is Amazing. You won't be disappointed.

Here's a shout out to your wonderful Manager Kirsten she certainly should be acknowledged by her piers as she served me with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time, she was polite and beyond curtious answered all questions I had It's rare to find such a great ideal individual as herself. Kirsten here's to you for going far and beyond in who you are for the company, sweetheart you certainly are not a dime a dozen customer service like yours is certainly like finding a rare Jem your employersshould be very proud to have you.

Manager is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would advise everyone to seek a new place to do business. Cheap prices for a reason.

This place is great and so is the staff. Kirstin is so friendly and super helpful. When I first moved my stuff here. I was having such a hard time trying to find a place within a decent price, plus get all my stuff moved, plus I was super super stressed out. She was so super helpful she saved my day and all my stuff. I don't know what I would have done without her. She really cares about the people that come in. Even from the very beginning. That makes a huge impact in my opinion. I will defiantly be chosing to come here over anywhere else in the future.

Kristin, the manager at Belltower is always there to help you if and when you need it. She will, and does go out of her way to make things are easier for you. She helps when she can to get things moving along so you can get things done. From upgrade to a larger unit, to giving advise that may help ease the transition. She has been a big help and I appreciate the things she has done to help me. "Thank you Kristin".....
