I haven't been here in maybe 10 years. Old man owner had a fit about the fact I didn't want to pay him a dollar a locknut (a tiny one). Started going on about the fact he has to inventory these and just being grumpy. I told him pretty rudely that I'm a (was a) customer, and walked out. I told him maybe next time he'd handle that better. We had to stop by one other time and he definitely remembered me, gave me a big grimace. You guys were never entitled to my business.

Brought back for second time my DeWalt drill, which was still covered by warranty both times and they decided to charge me the last time $70 for parts and labor, while they did nothing, DeWalt sent a brand new one both times

Great place to buy, fix or by parts for your tools. They always have parts I need or will order the parts. While other places tell me those parts are obsoleye to upsell me on buying a new tool. Guess what other places when I buy a new tool I imagine you know where I will be going. Thank you Banner for your honesty and integrity.

I had a very pleasant experience. It is an established power tool store in downtown Glendale, Arizona. The service was excellent, and the man who helped me knew the store's stock well. I purchased STIHL products.

Horrible customer service! They will be quick to take your tool apart and return it into pieces, rather than together, as it was before dropping it off! Then they want to charge you for putting it back as is. Horrible way to do business!

Very disappointing experience overall. Took my framing gun in for repairs. They said it was fixed so I took it back to the job to use it and I got about three nails out of it before the seal blew again. I took it back another/2nd time and they claim to have fixed it. I took it back to the job and once again the seal blue after 3 to 5 nails. I took it in a third time. They had it for a month. I paid them almost 100 bucks the first time I was in there and they had the nerve to actually try to charge me 40 something dollars on my third trip in. That's just wrong and unethical. They drop the charge after I complained but I should never have had to complain. On a positive note, I did purchase a used framing gun from them in between my repairs which seems to be holding up pretty well so far
