The actual appointment was smooth, but NO ONE picks up the phoen when you try and call. I am waiting for results that were done days ago, and no one has notified me. When I call they don't answer. This is not a good look when someone is trying to get started working for the company!

This office is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. They did the wrong urine test. Took blood twice because they didn’t get what they needed the first time. They didn’t realize their treadmill for the stress test was broken until after my husband was shaved and hooked to the leads. I do not recommend this office for anything.

Absolutely amazing staff. By far one of the best locations I have gone to. Services are super quick and all the staff went above and beyond to help. Location was much cleaner than other locations as well.

Just… flat… awful. All the negative comments I read below are true. Especially the inability to reach by phone. This place is a nightmare and if you are forced to deal with them under any workers comp issue you immediately have my empathy.

If possible try to schedule at a different location. Wait times are abismal even with an appointment. Well over a 1hr wait for a simple blood tests.

I don’t write public reviews but this has been super annoying. When you dial the number to the clinic and try to speak to the front desk, the machine puts you on hold. You stay on hold for some time and then it hangs up. I have tried this multiple times during the day many days in a row. I just needed a result of a TB test. I had to personally walk into the clinic to get that because I could not speak to the front desk.

Second time I have been here due to a work injury. First time 5 years ago I hurt my ankle. They x-rayed it. Called it a bad sprain put me on lite duty. Called a week later, since the actual radiologist looked at my x-ray to tell me it was broken. Put me off work entirely until I could see an orthopedic dr. It wasn't broken. I tore a ligament. But it wasn't broken. Great radiologist work there. This time I hurt my shoulder. Can't move it without severe pain. The dr. Moved my arm around listened to my heart and lungs. That was it. Told me to take it easy and come back next week. I think I'll just go to urgent care now.

Great place to get a pre-employment drug screen. Kinda d*** that you still have to wear a mask, but other than that it was a very painless experience, the staff was very nice and the building was clean.

If I could give this place negative stars if I could. Waited over an hour after being brought into a room. When I double checked that I didn’t get forgotten about, I was asked by the receptionist if I wanted to reschedule. When I arrived I was the only one here, and the receptionist told me that I’m waiting because there were other appointments before me. ? but I was the only one here when I arrived(and I had an appointment scheduled). Then while waiting in the exam room I heard someone be brought in next door and told that the provider would be right with you. The provider walked into that room about 5 mins after that person got in there and I’ve been waiting for over an hour. I would not recommend coming to the Thunderbird location as they do not respect the patient/client that comes in and seems to lie to them about what is actually going on.

Hasley did an amazing job. She was very professional and kept me informed step by step of the process. She had an upbeat attitude even at the end of the day. I showed up as a walk in 30 minutes before closing but Hasley reassured me that it was okay and I would be taken care of. Best customer service I've ever had at the end of someone's day. Hasley you rock!

Came here because of on the job finger laceration. Quickly got me in, disinfected and bandaged. No sutures needed.

Unreal.. my appointment was for 0930. I arrive 0915... they then tell me my wait time will be around an hour even though I called and confirmed my appointment this morning.. this is absolutely the worst run office I have ever been to.. pitiful.

Before driving over there I called to make sure it was the right place and I whether I could just walk in or needed an appointment. I called 5 times and call was never answered - I was just on hold waiting for a representative to pick up, then it went to busy signal and disconnected!! No wonder they have such a low rating.
